Նորից ակտիվացել են խոսակցություններն առողջապահության նախարար Անահիտ Ավանեսյանի հրաժարականի շուրջ։ Ընդ որում, խոսքը գնում է նրա մասին, որ անպայման պետք է նախարարի պաշտոնին վերադարձնեն «Քաղաքացիական պայմանագրին»։ Կուսակցությունում նշել են, որ եթե բոլոր անհաջողությունների համար իրենք են պատասխանատու, ապա ճիշտ կլինի, որ իրենք էլ ստանձնեն նախարարության ղեկավարումը։

Նախարարի պաշտոնի համար գլխավոր պայքարողը նախկին նախարար Արսեն Թորոսյանն է, որն Առողջապահության համաշխարհային կազմակերպությանն է խառնել այդ հարցը լուծելու համար, նաև տեղում ԱՀԿ-ի հետ գործակցող տարբեր գլխավոր բժիշկների, իր համար «հանրային պահանջարկ» ձևավորելու տպավորություն ստեղծելու նպատակով։ Որպես դրոշակ օգտագործում են այն, որ գործող նախարարը ձախողել է բժշկական ապահովագրության համակարգը, չնայած ՔՊ գլխավոր խոստումներից մեկն է եղել։

Ավանեսյանը, ըստ մասնագետների, ոչնչի ընդունակ չէ, որևէ գործ մինչև վերջ հասցնելու ընդունակություն չունի, արդեն իսկ ձախողել է էլեկտրոնային դեղատոմսի բարեփոխումը։ Օբյեկտիվության համար պետք է նշել, որ այս վիճակը բոլոր նախարարություններում է, հատկապես այն գերատեսչություններում, որոնք ՔՊ անմիջական կառավարման տակ են։ Ներքին գզվռտոցը տարբեր պաշտոնների համար առաջիկայում ավելի է սրվելու, հրապարակային տեսք է ստանալու։ Սա նաև խորացնում է ներկլանային հակասությունները, ազդեցության և փողի համար պայքարը։
