Վահե Հովhաննիսյանը տելեգրամյան իր ալիքում գրում է.
Մեզ ամեն տեղից զգուշացնում են մեզ սպասող աղետների մասին՝ Բաքվից, Մոսկվայից, Անկարայից, Թեհրանից, Մինսկից, Վաշինգտոնից, Փարիզից... ամեն տեղից։ Ներսում մտահոգ գործիչները պարբերաբար պարպում են իրենց էմոցիաները, բայց իրավիճակը դրանից չի փոխվի։ Պետք է ճիշտ հասկանալ, թե ինչո՞ւ ենք այս վիճակում, ինչո՞ւ ենք հանգիստ ազգովի նախագաղթի հոգեվիճակով սպասում X օրվան։ Ու ամենակարևորը՝ ի՞նչ անել, որ չլինի աղետը։
Այսօրվա մեր պետական-ազգային ճգնաժամի հիմքում ընկած է 3 գործոն, որոնք պետք է արագ փոխել.

Մաս 1. Կառավարման դեֆեկտը
Մեզ մոտ ծաղրածուն և թագավորը մեկտեղվել են, մեկ անձի մեջ են։ Եվ սա ծայրահեղ լուրջ մարտահրավեր է։ Թագավորական պալատներում սրանք սովորաբար տարբեր պերսոնաժներ են, բայց ժողովուրդների պատմության մեջ լինում են հազվադեպ շեղումներ՝ միշտ բերելով ծանր հետևանքների։
Ծաղրածուին վերապահված է ասել շատ բաներ, որոնք վտանգավոր են, երբեմն ճիշտ են, բայց նա դրանք միայն ասում է՝ առանց կիրարկման լծակի։
Թագավորը լսում է, լսեցնում է այլոց՝ ոչ իր շուրթերով ասվածը, բայց ունի լծակներ՝ սառը, ռացիոնալ լինելու՝ պետության շահից ելնելով։
Երբ ողբերգական համընկնում է տեղի ունենում, ծաղրածուն ասում է բազմաթիվ հիմարություններ, որոնց մարդիկ լուրջ չեն վերաբերվում, իսկ նույն անձի «թագավոր կեսը», ունենալով լծակներ, կյանքի է կոչում դրանք՝ աղետներ բերելով սեփական ժողովրդին գլխին։
Մեր պարագայում, որպես «թագավոր» նա աղետներ է բերում, որպես ծաղրածու՝ ապահովում է, որ ժողովուրդը անհոգ ու լավ տրամադրությամբ գնա դեպի աղետը։ Սա լուրջ խնդիր է, որ պետք է լուծենք։
Արդյոք վերջին հայտարարություններից հետո իշխող թիմում եղա՞վ ընդվզում՝ ոչ, պակասե՞ց «մեծարգո» ասողների թիվը՝ ոչ, հանրային էլիտան առաջարկե՞ց հստակ լուծումներ՝ ոչ, ձևավորվե՞ց տոտալ մերժման մթնոլորտ՝ ոչ, փողոցները լցվեցի՞ն վրդովված մարդկանցով՝ ոչ։ Սրա պատճառը պայքարի և դիմադրության հանրային ինստիտուտների թերի, տկար վիճակն է։
