«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.

Գյուղատնտեսության ոլորտի փորձագետներն ու տնտեսագետները պարբերաբար շեշտում են, որ ոլորտի զարգացման համար համալիր միջոցառումներ են անհրաժեշտ, ընդ որում՝ ոչ միայն պետության կողմից: Շեշտադրվում է հատկապես մրցունակության համար նպաստավոր դաշտ ստեղծելու, ինչպես նաև հայկական գյուղատնտեսական ապրանքների արտահանման կազմակերպման կարևորությունը:

Իսկ ի՞նչ է ցույց տալիս ՊԵԿ-ի կողմից հրապարակված «1000 խոշոր հարկատուների» ցանկն այս առումով: Առաջին հերթին ուշագրավ է, որ այս ցուցակում է Հայաստանի ամենախոշոր գյուղատնտեսական հոլդինգը, որը զբաղվում է ոչ միայն գյուղմթերքի արտադրությամբ, այլև արտահանմամբ: Խոսքը «Սպայկայի» մասին է, որը 2024 թվականի ընթացքում վճարել է ավելի քան 4 մլրդ հարկ և անցած տարվա առաջին ինն ամսվա համեմատ առաջադիմել է 5 հորիզոնականով՝ զբաղեցնելով 75-րդ հորիզոնականը: Սա բավականին խոսուն ցուցանիշ է, և ստացվում է, որ առանց «Սպայկայի» Հայաստանի գյուղատնտեսության ոլորտի ցուցանիշները կարող էին անհամեմատ վատը լինել: Սա՝ շատ մեղմ ասած:

Ի դեպ, 2024 թվականին այս կազմակերպության շարժը խոշոր հարկատուների ցանկում բավական հետաքրքիր է եղել. առաջին եռամսյակի տվյալներով, «Սպայկան» եղել է 96-րդը, ապա երկրորդ եռամսյակում՝ 85-րդը, երրորդ եռամսյակի տվյալն ե րով՝ 80-րդը, վեր ջ ա պես տար վ ա կտրվածքով՝ 75-րդը: Այսինքն՝ տարվա ընթացքում արձանագրվել է առաջընթաց 21 հորիզոնականով: Սա խոշոր հարկատուների ցանկում 2024-ի ընթացքում արձանագրված ամենամեծ առաջընթացներից մեկն է:
