«Սա չի օգնի, քաղաքականապես չի աշխատի, Ալիևը կանգ չի առնի։ Ավելի շատ դիմադրելու համար պետք է ավելի շատ ռեսուրսներ ունենալ, ոչ թե պակաս: Եթե դու մի բան տալիս ես, դրանից անվտանգությունը ոչ թե կավելանա, այլ կպակասի»,- նկատեց քաղաքագետը։

Ի՞նչ է պետք անել։

«Պետք է հզորացնել պետությունը: Անհնար է ունենալ թույլ պետություն և ուժեղ բանակ, դրանք առանձին չեն լինում. Մենք կարող ենք փորձել ուժեղացնել սահմանն ու բանակը, որպեսզի Ադրբեջանը հասկանա, որ պատերազմ սկսելու դեպքում կարող է ավելի շատ կորցնել, քան շահել։

Բայց կա նաև հակազդեցության քաղաքական ձև, ակտիվ աշխատանք արտաքին խաղացողների հետ՝ Իրանից մինչև ԱՄՆ, Ռուսաստան և Հնդկաստան։ Երկուսն էլ կատարվում են մասամբ, բայց ուշ, երբեմն ոչ շատ համակարգված, բավականին քաոսային, գրեթե միշտ հարկադրաբար։

Ադրբեջանը մեզ ցույց տվեց իր բոլոր իրական մտադրությունները դեռ 20216թ. Ի՞նչ ենք մենք արել 2016 թվականից ի վեր չորս տարիների ընթացքում։ Սա բավականին երկար ժամանակ է։ Գրեթե ոչինչ։

Ես չեմ մեղադրում կոնկրետ կառավարությանը, 2016-ից 2020 թվականներին տարբեր կառավարություններ են եղել, բայց ես ասում եմ, որ դա չի ստացվել, և սա ամեն դեպքում պետք է մշակվի։ Ալիևը կարող է 20 պլան ունենալ սեղանին, բայց դրանցից մեկը կոչվում է պատերազմ, ուստի մենք պետք է դա նկատի ունենանք և պատրաստվենք դրան»,- հավելեց փորձագետը:
