Վրացական ակտիվությունն աչք է զարնում

ԱԳՆ-ում այսօր կայացել է Արարատ Միրզոյանի առանձնազրույցը Վրաստանի ԱԳ նախարար Մակա Բոճորիշվիլիի հետ, որին հետևել է երկու պաշտոնյաների ասուլիսը: ՀՀ ԱԳՆ-ն դեռ նախօրեին էր հայտնել Վրաստանի ԱԳ նախարարի այցի մասին։ Հայաստանի կառավարությունն էլ երեկ հաղորդեց, որ Վրաստանի վարչապետ Իրակլի Կոբախիձեի գլխավորած պատվիրակությունն է հունվարի 30-ին աշխատանքային այցով ժամանում Երևան: Նախ տեղի կունենա վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի և Իրակլի Կոբախիձեի առանձնազրույցը, այնուհետև երկու երկրների վարչապետների գլխավորությամբ կկայանա Հայաստանի և Վրաստանի միջև տնտեսական համագործակցության միջկառավարական հանձնաժողովի հերթական նիստը:
Կարծես ոչինչ չէր խանգարում, որ այցերը մեկտեղվեին, սովորաբար ԱԳ նախարարը ժամանում է իր անմիջական ղեկավարի գլխավորած պատվիրակության կազմում։ Ո՞րն է պատճառը, որ Բոճորիշվիլին մի քանի ժամ ավելի շուտ է գալիս Հայաստան՝ Միրզոյանի հետ հարցեր քննարկելու։ Կոբախիձեի այցը հաջորդում է հունվարի 17-ին Բաքու կատարած այցին։ Անցած տարի Հայաստանն ու Վրաստանը ռազմավարական գործընկերության համաձայնագիր ստորագրեցին։ Վրաստանը բազմիցս հայտարարել է, թե կարող է հարթակ դառնալ Հայաստանի և Ադրբեջանի հարաբերությունների կարգավորման համար։
Ամեն դեպքում, վարչապետի պաշտոնում առաջին այցը Բաքու վկայում է, թե ում է առաջնայնություն տալիս պաշտոնական Թբիլիսին։ Չի բացառվում, որ Կոբախիձեն Ալիևից մեսիջներ բերի Փաշինյանին։
Ի դեպ, քննարկվելիք հարցերի թվում նաև Աբխազիայում ստեղծված իրավիճակն է լինելու։ Թուրքիան՝ արևմտյան հովանավորչությամբ, փորձում է իր ազդեցությունը տարածել Աբխազիայում, այնտեղ թուրքամետ ընդդիմություն է ձևավորվել, որն աչքի է ընկնում աբխազահայերի նկատմամբ թշնամանք ու ատելություն տարածելով։ Վրաստանին ձեռնտու է Աբխազիայում թուրքական ազդեցության աճը, մինչդեռ Հայաստանը խնդիրների է բախվելու այդ հարցում։ Հիշեցնենք, որ աբխազահայերը նամակով դիմել են ՀՀ իշխանություններին՝ աջակցություն խնդրելով։
