Սիրելի´ հայրենակիցներ,

Այս տարի լրանում է Հայրենական մեծ պատերազմում ֆաշիզմի դեմ տարած հաղթանակի 80-ամյակը։ Հայ ժողովուրդն իր նշանակալից մասնակցությունն է ունեցել այդ հաղթանակին։ Հայաստանը և Արցախը տվել են փառապանծ զինվորականներ, հերոսներ, գեներալներ, մարշալներ: Մեր ներդրումն իսկապես նշանակալի է։

Սա մարդկության պատմության ամենավճռորոշ փուլերից էր, երբ քաղաքակիրթ աշխարհը կասեցրեց ֆաշիզմի հրեշավոր արշավը։

Սա մեր ժողովրդի համար թանկ ու զգացմունքային թեմա է։ Մեր հայրերը, մեր պապերը, մեր մայրերը ներդրել են իրենց կյանքը, առողջությունը և մասնագիտական կարողությունները՝ ընդհանուր հաղթանակի գործում։

Այս հաղթանակը Հայոց պատմության մի մասն է, և այդ էջը պիտի հարգանքով ու խնամքով պահպանվի ոչ միայն գրքերում, այլև մեր մտքերում ու մեր սրտերում։

Մենք իրավունք չունենք մոռանալու պատմությունը, մենք իրավունք չունենք թույլ տալու, որ այն խեղաթյուրվի։

Մենք պետք է հավուր պատշաճի հիշենք մեր հերոսներին, մեր ավագ սերնդի մասնակցությունը մեծ հաղթանակին, և նոր սերունդների համար կարևորենք նրանց անմահ գործը։

Մեզ այսօր դրսից մեղադրում են ֆաշիստական նկրտումների մեջ, երբ մենք մեր անմնացորդ մասնակցությունն ենք ունեցել իսկական ֆաշիզմի ջախջախման գործում։ Մեզ այսօր փորձում են բաժանել արևմտամետների և ռուսամետների՝ թուլացնելու համար մեր կամքը։

Երկրորդ համաշխարհայինում մենք՝ հայերս, եղբայրական ռուս ժողովրդի կողքին, խորհրդային պետության մաս կազմող մյուս ժողովուրդների հետ ուս ուսի պայքարել ենք իրական ֆաշիզմի դեմ՝ մեր արյամբ պահելով մեր հայրենիքի ամեն մետրը և մեր արժանապատվությունը։ Մենք՝ հայերս, մեր անջնջելի մասնակցությունն ենք ունեցել նաև Ֆրանսիական դիմադրության կազմակերպման գործում՝ ընդդեմ նույն ֆաշիզմի։

Հայրենական մեծ պատերազմի 80-ամյակը կարևորագույն տարեդարձ է բոլոր քաղաքակիրթ և խաղաղասեր ժողովուրդների համար։

Ես հանձնարարել եմ «Ծառուկյան» բարեգործական հիմնադրամի աշխատակազմին` սկսել լայնածավալ ծրագիր և աջակցել այլ անհատների և կազմակերպությունների նմանատիպ ծրագրերին, որոնք ուղղված կլինեն հայրենական մեծ պատերազմում ֆաշիզմի դեմ տարած հաղթանակի կարևորմանը, հերոսների մեծարմանը, միասնական անցյալի գնահատմանը, այդ հաղթանակի պատմական և քաղաքակրթական կարևորության ներկայացմանը։

Մենք մեծ ու շատ թանկ հաղթանակի մի մասն ենք և դրանով պետք է հպարտանալ։
