Օրեր առաջ Գագիկ Ծառուկյանը հայտարարել էր, որ բարեգործական հիմնադրամի աշխատակազմին հանձնարարել է սկսել լայնածավալ ծրագիր և աջակցել այլ անհատների և կազմակերպությունների այն ծրագրերին, որոնք ուղղված կլինեն հայրենական մեծ պատերազմում ֆաշիզմի դեմ տարած հաղթանակի 80-ամյակին, հերոսների մեծարմանը, միասնական անցյալի գնահատմանը, այդ հաղթանակի պատմական և քաղաքակրթական կարևորության ներկայացմանը։
Այսօր արդեն ուրախությամբ ուզում եմ տեղեկացնել, որ այդ նպատակին ուղղված նախագծերից մեկի մեկնարկն այլևս տրված է: «Ծառուկյան» բարեգործական հիմնադրամի աջակցությամբ «Կենտրոն»հեռուստաընկերությունում այս կիրակի օրվանից մեկնարկում է «Հաղթանակի ժամանակը» խորագիրը կրող հաղորդաշար, որը մինչև հաղթական մայիս ներկայացնելու է Հայրենական մեծ պատերազմում տարած հաղթանակի վավերագրությունը, պատմելու է այդ հաղթանակը կերտած հերոս վետերանների կյանքի պատմությունները, մեր հայորդիների սխրագործությունները, անդրադարձ է կատարելու բոլոր նշանակալի պատմական իրադարձություններին, որոնց շնորհիվ հնարավոր դարձավ հաղթանակը:
Սրանից զատ, առաջիկա ամիսների ընթացքում հիմնադրամը աջակցելու է բազմաթիվ այլ ծրագրեր ևս, որոնք նվիրված են լինելու Հաղթանակի 80-ամյակին, մասնավորապես երիտասարդական նախագծեր, քննարկումներ, գիտաժողովներ, մասնակցություն միջազգային նախագծերի, մարզական միջոցառումներ, մրցույթներ, մրցանակաբաշխություններ և այլն:
Ցավոք, վերջին տարիներին առավել քան երբևէ, մեզ բոլորիս համար պատերազմ և պարտություն ձևակերպումները դարձան այլևս մեր կենսակերպի մի մասը, հիմա պետք է անել հնարավոր ու անհնարին ամեն բան, որպեսզի կարևորվի ու արժևորվի հաղթանակի գաղափարը: Այս հաղթանակը մեր պատմական հիշողությունն է, որը պետք է թարմ պահել ու փոխանցել սերունդներին, թույլ չտալ, որ փաստերը խեղաթյուրվեն: Այս պահին դեռ շատ չակերտներ չեմ բացի, միայն կասեմ, որ բովանդակային առումով լինելու են բազմաթիվ նոր նախագծեր: Եվ հիշե´նք, որ մենք մեծ հաղթանակի մի մասն ենք և դրանով պետք է հպարտանանք:
