«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.

mosregtoday.ru-ն «Փորձագետը Հայաստանի և Ադրբեջանի միջև տրանսպորտային հակամարտություն է կանխատեսել» վերնագրով հոդվածում գրում է, որ Մերձավոր Արևելք-Կովկաս հետազոտական կենտրոնի տնօրեն Ստանիսլավ Տարասովը mosregtoday.ru-ի հետ զրույցում կասկած է հայտնել, որ Հայաստանի առաջարկած բեռնափոխադրումների նախագիծը կհամապատասխանի Ադրբեջանին։

Հիշեցնենք, որ մամուլի ասուլիսի ժամանակ Հայաստանի վարչապետը հայտարարել էր, որ առաջարկել է Ադրբեջանի իշխանություններին՝ բացել «փոխադարձ» երկաթուղային բեռնափոխադրումներ։ Երթուղին կարող է լինել արևմտյան ադրբեջանական շրջաններից հայկական Մեղրի քաղաքով դեպի Նախիջևանի ինքնավարություն և հակառակ ուղղությամբ։ Առաջարկվել է նաև Երասխից դեպի Մեղրի երկաթուղային փոխադրումներ սկսել։ Այդ նախագիծը կարող է դառնալ հին եռակողմ համաձայնագրի մաս. դա տարածաշրջանում տրանսպորտային հաղորդակցությունների ապաշրջափակումը 2020 թվականին երկրների ղեկավարների կողմից ստորագրված զինադադարի պայմանագրի պայմանն էր, որը ստորագրել էր նաև ՌԴ նախագահ Վլադիմիր Պուտինը:

Փորձագետ Ստանիսլավ Տարասովը, սակայն, նշել է, որ Երևանի ծրագրում ամեն ինչ չէ այդքան հարթ: Նա հիշեցրել է, որ բեռնափոխադրումների նոր նախագիծը շեղում է «Զանգեզուրի միջանցքի» նախագծից և, հետևաբար, Բաքվին հարիր չէ։ «Երևանը Զանգեզուրի ուղղությամբ ակտիվացել է տարբեր առաջարկներով։ Նրանք հեռանում են Ադրբեջանի նախագահ Իլհամ Ալիևի առաջարկած տարբերակից և առաջարկում են տարբեր լուծումներ և այլ բաներ, որոնք անընդունելի են Բաքվի համար», - ընդգծել է փորձագետը։

Տարասովը հիշեցրել է, որ Հայաստանը նախկինում մերժել էր Ադրբեջանի, Ռուսաստանի և Թուրքիայի բոլոր առաջարկները «Զանգեզուրի միջանցքի» վերաբերյալ, սակայն այժմ, կարծես թե, փոխում է իր ռազմավարությունը և փորձում է այնպիսի նախագծերով հանդես գալ, որոնք շրջանցում են բոլոր այդ տրանսպորտային գաղափարները։ Ենթադրվում է, որ դա կարող է վեճեր առաջացնել Ալիևի և Փաշինյանի միջև։
