Գագիկ Համբարյանը ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրում է.
ԵԽԽՎ-ում տխրահռչակ Ուոլթերի հակահայ զեկույցի տապալվելուց հետո,հիմա էլ ադրբեջանցիները ռեվիզիայի են ենթարկում քվեարկության արդյունքները,որի հետևանքով կրկին հիստերիա է սկսվել Բաքվում...Այսօր իր անմեղսունակությամբ և անտրամաբանական պահանջներով աչքի է ընկել ԵԽԽՎ-ում Ադրբեջանի պատվիրակներից Գանիրա Փաշաևան...Սույն տիկինը,ով ոչ միայն հայտնի է հայերի նկատմամբ կենդանական ատելությամբ,այլև լաչառությամբ,շատ տարօրինակ հայտարաությամբ է հանդես եկել...
Փաշաևային շատ զայրացրել են ԵԽԽՎ-ում Սլովակիայի 4 պատգամավորները,որոնք,ըստ ազերի երեսփոխանի,ոչ միայն չեն պաշտպանել Ադրբեջանի արդար պահանջը,այլև ԴԵՄ են քվեարկել Ուոլթերի բանաձևին..."Կարծում եմ,որ մեր ԱԳՆ-ն պետք է հետաքննի բոլոր այն պատճառները,թե ինչու՞ Սլովակիայի պատվիրակները դեմ քվեարկեցին այդ զեկույցին...Այդ երկրի դեսպանին պետք է կանչել ԱԳՆ և բողոք հայտնել...Բացի այդ,մեր դեսպանը Սլովակիայում պետք է հետաքքնի տեղի ունեցածը...",-շարունակել է իր զառանցանքը սույն ոչխարուհին...Ես գտնում եմ,որ ավելի լավ է շմայսանման "բռնաբարող" պատգամավոր ունենաս,քան Գանիրա Փաշաևայի պես մարտնչող տգիտության մարմանվորում...Տեսնես այս տիկինը ինչպե՞ս է պատկերացնում Բաքվում Սլովակիայի դեսպանից բացատրություն պահանջելը՝ԵԽԽՎ-ում սլովակ պատգամավորների քվեարկության առիթով...Գանիրա Փաշաևան չի հասկանում,որ Սլովակիան Ադրբեջան չէ...Սլովակիայում ամեն պաշտոնյա իր տեղն ունի...Սլովակիայի նախագահը Իլհամ Ալիևի պես սուլթան չէ և երկրի բոլոր հարցերով չի զբաղվում՝իրեն էժանագին PR անելով....
Ինձ մի այլ հարց էլ է հետաքրքրում...Ինչու՞ Գ.Փաշաևան որպես հարձակման թիրախ ընտրեց Սլովակիային...Ադրբեջանամետ զեկույցին ԴԵՄ քվեարկած պատվիրակությունները բավական շատ էին...Օրինակ՝Ռոբերտ Ուոլթերի գործընկերները Մեծ Բրիտանիայից,որոնցից 4 "դեմ" քվեարկեցին,իսկ մեկական պատգամավոր՝"կողմ" և "ձեռնպահ"...Իտալիան ներկայացնող 10 պատգամավոր ևս "ԴԵՄ" է քվեարկել սույն զեկույցին...Շվեյցարացի հինգ պատվիրակներից չորսը "ԴԵՄ" են քվեարկել Ուոլթերի բանաձևին,իսկ մեկը՝"ձեռնպահ"...Շվեդիայի ոչ մի պատվիրակ ևս "կողմ" չի քվեարկել...Ցուցակը կարող եմ շարունակել...Սակայն Բաքվի թիրախում հայտնվել է Բրատիսլավան...Երևի ազերիների ուժը միայն սլովակների վրա է պատում...Պատկերացնում են,թե ինչ կանեն Բաքվին Լոնդոնը,Հռոմը,Բեռնը կամ էլ Ստոկհոլմը,եթե նրան այսպիսի պահանջներով դիմեն ազերի անգրագետ և տգետ երեսփոխանները...Կամ էլ Գանիրա Փաշաևան գտնում է,որ զեկույցն անցկացնելու համար չբավարարող այդ ՉՈՐՍ ձայները հենց Սլովակիան է "խլել" Ադրբեջանից...
Հ.Գ.Կան երկրներ,որտեղ "13"-ը համարվում է "վատ" թիվ...Չեմ զարմանա,եթե Ադրբեջանում "4"-ը փոխարինի "13"-ին,քանի որ հենց այդքան ձայն պակասեց Ուոլթերի բանաձևն անցկացնելու համար...Հենց ՉՈՐՍԱԿԱՆ պատգամավոր Սլովակիայից,Հունաստանից,Մեծ Բրիտանիայից,Գերմանիայից,Հայաստանից և Շվեյցարիայից "ԴԵՄ" քվեարկեցին այդ նույն բանաձևին...
