Հակակոռուպցիոն կոմիտեն երեք ամիս է՝ ղեկավար չունի։ Գիշերային SMS-ներով կոմիտեն զրկվեց իր նախագահ Սասուն Խաչատրյանից, և այժմ դեռ չի հաջողվել կոմիտեի ղեկավար ընտրել։ ՀԿ նախագահ ընտրվում է ոչ թե ուղիղ նշանակմամբ, այլ մրցութային հանձնաժողովի քվեարկությամբ, և արդեն երկու մրցույթ ձախողվել է։

Ըստ ամենայնի, նոր մրցույթում «կընտրեն» կոմիտեի նախագահ։ Թեկնածուները չորսն են, ընդ որում, բոլորն էլ իրավապահ մարմինների նախկին կամ ներկա աշխատակիցներ են։ Վերջին մրցույթին մեկ թեկնածու էր առաջադրվել՝ ԱԱԾ աշխատակից Ռաֆայել Երիցյանը: Վերջինս չհաղթահարեց անցողիկ շեմն ու նոր մրցույթ հայտարարվեց:

Այս անգամ իշխանությունները գնացել են այլ ճանապարհով, մրցույթի տպավորություն են ստեղծում՝ իրենց ցանկալի թեկնածուին անցկացնելու համար։ Առաջադրվել են փաստաբան Կարեն Բատիկյանը, Քննչական կոմիտեի փոխնախագահ Արթուր Նահապետյանը, Հակակոռուպցիոն կոմիտեի քննիչ Արտաշես Մայիլյանը, որը քննել է երրորդ նախագահ Սերժ Սարգսյանի քրգործը։ Գործող իշխանության սրտի թեկնածուն, սակայն, Պետրոս Մարտիրոսյանն է, որը մի քանի տարի դատախազ է աշխատել, իսկ 2023 թ. նշանակվել է վարչապետի աշխատակազմի տեսչական մարմինների համակարգման գրասենյակի ղեկավար։

Վերջինիս համար միջնորդել է անձամբ վարչապետի աշխատակազմի ղեկավար Արայիկ Հարությունյանը, որն էլ ցանկանում է իր վերահսկողության տակ վերցնել առանցքային այդ կառույցը։ ՔՊ-ում, ի դեպ, բոլորովին էլ կողմ չեն Արայիկ Հարությունյանի դիրքերի ամրապնդմանը, բայց այժմ տարբերակ չունեն։ Կոմիտեի նախագահին ոչ թե խորհրդարանն է նշանակում, այլ վարչապետի պաշտոնը զբաղեցնող անձը, իսկ մրցութային հանձնաժողովի հետ լեզու Հարությունյանը վստահ է, որ կգտնի։
