Գյումրիում մարտի 30-ին կայանալիք ավագանու ընտրությունները կարող են լրջորեն խարխլել Հայաստանի գործող իշխանությունների հիմքերը, հանգեցնել Փաշինյանի ու նրա թիմի իշխանազրկման։ «Քաղաքացիական պայմանագիրը» Գյումրիում որպես քաղաքապետի թեկնածու առաջադրելու է ժամանակավոր պաշտոնակատար Սարիկ Մինասյանին։ Իշխանություններն ակտիվորեն լծվել են Մինասյանի քարոզարշավին, նաև վարչական ռեսուրսն են արդեն գործի դրել, բայց, հաշվի առնելով Գյումրիի առանձնահատկությունները, դա կարող է չօգնել նրանց։

Ընդդիմադիր ուժերն էլ հայտարարել են մասնակցելու մասին, տեղեկություններ կան, որ առաջադրվելու են նախկին քաղաքապետ Վարդան Ղուկասյանը, պատգամավոր Մարտուն Գրիգորյանը։ Մասնակցելու մտադրություն ունեն նաև իշխանամերձ «ընդդիմադիրները», որոնց նպատակը պարզ է՝ փոշիացնել ընտրողների քվեները, որ ՔՊ-ն կարողանա զավթել քաղաքապետի պաշտոնը։ Իրական ընդդիմությունը կարող է մասնակցել առանձին-առանձին, կամ էլ համախմբվի մեկ քաղաքական ուժի շուրջ։

Պրոդյուսեր, հասարակական գործիչ Ռուբեն Մխիթարյանը հայտարարել է, որ որոշել է առաջադրվել որպես Գյումրու քաղաքապետի թեկնածու։ Նա այս մասին հայտնել է սոցցանցերում հրապարակած տեսանյութում։ Նա նշել է, որ Գյումրիի քաղաքապետի մյուս թեկնածուներին իրեն հակառակորդ և թշնամի չի համարում, բայց հստակ դիրքորոշում ունի։ «Գյումրի քաղաքի ընտրություններում օրվա իշխանությունները հաջողություն չպետք է գրանցեն, և այդ արդյունքին հասնելու համար ես պատրաստ եմ համագործակցել նման հստակ դիրքորոշում ունեցող մնացած բոլոր թեկնածուների հետ»,–հայտարարել է Ռուբեն Մխիթարյանը։

Վերջինիս առաջադրումը կարող է փոխել ուժերի դասավորությունը Գյումրիում՝ նվազեցնելով գործող իշխանությունների շանսերը՝ հաշվի առնելով Ռուբեն Մխիթարյանի հեղինակությունը քաղաքում։ Ուստի, շատ ավելի տրամաբանական կլինի, որ բոլոր ուժերը, որոնց իրական նպատակը գործող իշխանությունների պարտությունն է, հավաքվեն մեկ դրոշի ներքո։
