ԶՊՄԿ-ում նոր «ջուր պղտորել» չի հաջողվելու

Հայաստանի թիվ մեկ հարկատուի՝ «Զանգեզուրի պղնձամոլիբդենային կոմբինատի» աշխատանքները վերսկսվել են օրեր տևած և ուղղորդված գործադուլից հետո, ընկերությունը պատրաստակամություն է հայտնել փոխզիջման և բարի կամքի շրջանակներում ընդհանուր հայտարարի գալ կոլեկտիվի հետ, բայց որոշ շրջանակներ դեռևս շարունակում են ջուր պղտորել։

ԶՊՄԿ գլխավոր տնօրենը, հիշեցնենք, ուղերձ էր հղել կոլեկտիվին, շնորհակալություն հայտնել արտադրական գործընթացի վերսկսմանն ուղղված ջանքերի համար։ «Մեզ հաջողվեց վերադառնալ աշխատանքային բնականոն հուն՝ ի հեճուկս գործադրվող բազմաբնույթ ճնշումների և գնահատականների՝ գիտակցելով Ընկերության ռազմավարական և տնտեսական նշանակությունը մարզի և Հայաստանի Հանրապետության համար»,- նշել էր Ռոման Խուդոլին։

Շուրջ 12 օր կոմբինատի աշխատանքները կազմալուծվել էին, իսկ դա թե՛ տնտեսական, թե՛ քաղաքական վնասներ էր հասցնում Հայաստանին։

ԶՊՄԿ-ն, իհարկե, կարող էր օրինական կոշտ մեթոդներով դադարեցնել գործադուլը, փոխարենն ընտրվեց փոխզիջման ճանապարհը, աշխատավարձային ֆոնդն ավելացվելու է, աշխատակիցների՝ առանց այն էլ բարելավված աշխատանքային պայմաններն էլ՝ էլ ավելի են բարելավվելու։

Գործադուլի առաջին իսկ պահից ակնհայտ էր, որ ԶՊՄԿ դեմ կոնկրետ շրջանակ է գործում, որի նպատակը ոչ թե գործադուլին մասնակցող աշխատակիցների իրավունքների պաշտպանությունն է, այլ կոմբինատի աշխատանքը խափանելը, և այժմ ձեռքբերված համաձայնությունը որևէ կերպ չի տեղավորվում նրանց նպատակների տիրույթում։

Մամուլի որոշ միջոցներում կրկին փորձում են սրել իրավիճակը, թեև այլևս անհնարին է լինելու նման քայլի գնալը։ ԶՄՊԿ-ն կորպորատիվ պատասխանատվության փայլուն օրինակ ցույց տվեց՝ պաշտպանելով թե՛ կոմբինատի ու պետության, թե՛ իր աշխատակիցների շահերը։
