«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.

Ինչպես հայտնի է, Աբխազիայում նախագահական ընտրությունների երկրորդ փուլ կանցկացվի: ԿԸՀ տվյալներով, թեկնածուներից Բադրա Գունբան առաջին փուլում հավաքել է ձայների 46 տոկոսը, իսկ ընդդիմադիր Ադգուր Արձինբան՝ 37 տոկոսը: Երկրորդ փուլը տեղի կունենա մարտի 1-ին:

Առաջին փուլի ընթացքում անդրադառնալով ընտրություններին՝ քանիցս նշել էինք տեղում առկա անհանգստություններն այն մասին, որ Աբխազիայի ընդդիմությունը և մասնավորաբար Ադգուր Արձինբան գտնվում են թուրքական լոբբիի ազդեցության ներքո, ինչպես նաև մտահոգություններն այն առումով, որ Աբխազիայի հայ համայնքի անվտանգության հետ կապված սպառնալիքներ կան: Ընտրությունների առաջին փուլի ավարտից հետո ընդդիմադիրները տարածում էին տեղեկություններ, որ հայ ազգաբնակչությունն ամբողջովին քվեարկել է Բադրա Գունբայի օգտին: Ըստ eadaily.com հրատարակության, սոցցանցերում հայտնվել են տեսահոլովակներ, որտեղ, ամենայն հավանականությամբ, ընդդիմադիր ուժերի ներկայացուցիչները հայտարարում են, թե «հայերին պետք է իրենց տեղը ցույց տալ», ավելին՝ ձայնագրություններից մեկում նույնիսկ սպանության կոչ է հնչում:

Կիրակի օրը Աբխազիայի Հանրապետության նախագահի պաշտոնակատար Վալերի Բգանբային է դիմել Աբխազիայի հայ համայնքի ղեկավար Ալիկ Մինոսյանը, որը նույնիսկ կոնկրետ նշել է այդ կոչերի հեղինակների անունները: Մինոսյանը նաև նշում է, որ ընտրությունների մեկնարկից ի վեր, չնայած հայ համայնքը զերծ է մնացել հրապարակային հայտարարությունից՝ պահպանելով ընտրական գործընթացներին չխառնվելու սկզբունքը, այդուամենայնիվ, տեղի հայերի նկատմամբ եղել են ճնշումներ, հնչել են սպառնալիքներ: Հայ համայնքի ղեկավարը Վալերի Բգանբային դիմել է խնդրանքով՝ տալ իրավական գնահատական վերը նշված կոչերին ու սպառնալիքներին, երաշխավորել Աբխազիայի հայերի անվտանգությունը, ձեռք առել բավարար միջոցներ՝ կանխելու ազգամիջյան ատելություն ու թշնամանք հրահրող ցանկացած քարոզչություն:

Եվ ահա, երեկ հայտնի դարձավ, որ ԱՀ նախագահի պաշտոնակատար Վալերի Բգանբայի մոտ տեղի է ունեցել խորհրդակցություն իրավապահ մարմինների ղեկավարների մասնակցությամբ, որտեղ քննարկվել է հայ համայնքի պահանջը: Նախագահի պաշտոնակատարը նշել է, որ պետք է ստեղծել օպերատիվ խումբ՝ գլխավոր դատախազի ղեկավարման ներքո և ներքին գործերի նախարարության ու պետական անվտանգության ծառայության մասնակցությամբ, որպեսզի վերջակետ դրվի այս հարցում և «հանգցվի» ստեղծված վիճակը:
