Արտակ Զաքարյանը ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրում է․
Փարիզում տեղի է ունեցել Եվրոպայի առաջնորդների չնախատեսված հանդիպումը՝ նվիրված Ուկրաինային և համաեվրոպական անվտանգությանը։
Ֆրանսիայի, Գերմանիայի, Մեծ Բրիտանիայի, Լեհաստանի, Իտալիայի, Իսպանիայի և Դանիայի ղեկավարները հաստատել են, որ պատրաստ են ապագայում անվտանգության երաշխիքներ տրամադրել Կիևին, սակայն Եվրոպայի հետագա քայլերն այս հարցում կախված կլինեն ԱՄՆ-ի գործողություններից:
Հակաճգնաժամային գագաթնաժողովում քննարկվել է նաև Ուկրաինա խաղաղապահների հնարավոր տեղակայման հարցը, սակայն Գերմանիայի կանցլեր Օլաֆ Շոլցը խնդիրը համարել է ոչ տեղին և ժամանակավրեպ: Այս հարցում Բեռլինի դիրքորոշումը պաշտպանել է Վարշավան, ինչի մասին գագաթնաժողովից հետո ասել է վարչապետ Դոնալդ Տուսկը։
Մինչդեռ Մեծ Բրիտանիայի վարչապետ Քիր Սթարմերը, դեռևս ճգնաժամային հանդիպումից առաջ ասել էր, որ Լոնդոնը «պատրաստ և պատրաստակամ է» անհրաժեշտության դեպքում խաղաղապահ ուժեր ուղարկել Ուկրաինա։ Այս մասին բազմիցս խոսել է նաև Ֆրանսիայի նախագահ Էմանուել Մակրոնը։
Ճգնաժամային գագաթնաժողովի հիմնական արդյունքն այն է, որ Եվրոպան կարող է Ուկրաինային անվտանգության երաշխիքներ տրամադրել, բայց այս հարցում կարևոր է ԱՄՆ-ի դերակատարումը:
