Երկրորդ նախագահ Ռոբերտ Քոչարյանը երեկ ասուլիս է տվել, բազմաթիվ հարցերի պատասխանել։ Առանցքային խոստովանություններից մեկը, որ արել է Քոչարյանը, արմատական ընդդիմադիր ուժերի մեջ առկա հակասությունների մասին է։ Երկրորդ նախագահն, ամեն դեպքում, ընդունել է, որ իր և Սերժ Սարգսյանի համակիրների ջրերն էլ նույն առվով չեն հոսում։ «Ես ընդունում եմ, որ իմ համակիրների մեջ կան ինչ-որ քանակի մարդիկ, որոնք չեն ընդունում երրորդ նախագահին: Նույնապես՝ երրորդ նախագահի համակիրների մեջ կամ կուսակիցների մեջ կան մարդիկ, որոնք ինձ չեն ընդունում: Մտածել, որ մենք բոլորի վրա կարող ենք սենց վերահսկողություն սահմանել, մեկը գրի, մեկը չգրի, չկա այդպիսի բան: Մենք, օրինակ, մեր մասով փորձում ենք ինչ-որ բան զսպել», - նշել է Քոչարյանը:

Խոսելով Սերժ Սարգսյանի ղեկավարած Հանրապետականի հետ ուժերը միավորելու հնարավորության մասին՝ Ռոբերտ Քոչարյանն ասել է, թե դա չպետք է ինքնանպատակ լինի. «Միացնում ենք այն ժամանակ, երբ որ 5+5 դառնում է 12, մեր մոտ սիներգիան չի աշխատում: Եթե մենք, կոպիտ ասած, փորձենք միասին ինչ-որ բաներ անել, իմ համակիրների մի մասը, որը չէր ընդունում երրորդ նախագահին, պասիվանալու են, հեռանալու են, հիասթափվելու են: Նման պատկեր ունենալու ենք նաև երրորդ նախագահի թիմում»:

Հայաստանի երկու նախագահների թիմերի միջև առկա հակասություններն արդեն վաղուց դուրս են եկել հրապարակային դաշտ։ Անձնական ամբիցիաներն ու ավելորդ հավակնությունները խանգարում են մեծ ռեսուրսներ ունեցող ընդդիմադիր թիմերին համախմբվել, մեկ ճակատով պայքար մղել Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի դեմ։ Վերջինս էլ օգտվում է այդ հանգամանքից, անգամ ահավոր ցածր վարկանիշի պայմաններում շարունակում պաշտոնավարումը։ Ի դեպ, ըստ «Ֆոկուս» կենտրոնի հարցման արդյունքների՝ Կովկասի երեք երկրների՝ Հայաստանի, Վրաստանի և Ադրբեջանի ղեկավարներից ամենաբարձր վստահության մակարդակն իր երկրում ունի Ադրբեջանի նախագահ Իլհամ Ալիևը: Նրա նկատմամբ վստահության մակարդակը կազմում է 75,3 %, իսկ անվստահությունն արտահայտել է հարցվածների 13,6 %-ը: Ադրբեջանի դեպքում պարզ է, այնտեղ վաղուց բռնապետություն է հաստատված, և այս թվերն ամենևին էլ լուրջ ընդունել չարժե։

Հարևան մեկ այլ երկրում՝ Վրաստանում վարչապետ Իրակլի Կոբախիձեին վստահում է հարցվածների 49,4 %-ը, իսկ 32,7 %-ը անվստահություն է արտահայտում: Ամենացածր վստահության մակարդակն ունի Հայաստանի վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը՝ 64 %-ը հարցվածների անվստահություն են հայտնել, իսկ վստահում է միայն 13,9 %-ը: Բոլոր նման հարցումները գրեթե միատեսակ պատկեր են ցուցադրում, բայց դա չի խանգարում, որ արդեն 7-րդ տարին Փաշինյանը նստած լինի կառավարության թիվ 1 շենքում։
