Իշխանությունները Գյումրիում խեղաթյուրում են ընտրացուցակները

Ներքին գործերի նախարարությունը հրապարակել է մարտի 30-ին Գյումրիում ավագանու ընտրություններին մասնակցելու իրավունք ունեցող ընտրողների նախնական թիվը, ինչն արդեն կասկածներ է հարուցում։ Ըստ ՆԳՆ-ի, ընտրելու իրավունք ունեն 112,160 ընտրողներ։

2021 թվականի հոկտեմբերի 17-ին կայացած ընտրություններին ընտրելու իրավունք ունեցողների թիվը 109,453 էր, այժմ, փաստացի, 2,707-ով ավելի է։ Ընդդիմադիր ուժերը վստահ են՝ գործող իշխանությունները պատրաստվում են ընտրակեղծիքների, տարբեր համայնքներից մարդկանց են ընդգրկում ցուցակներում՝ իրենց ցանկալի արդյունքը ստանալու համար։

ՆԳՆ-ից այս փաստը չեն հերքում, ավելին, «պարզաբանել» են, թե տեղական ընտրություններում տվյալ համայնքի բնակչության ռեգիստրում մինչև քվեարկության օրն առնվազն 6 ամսվա հաշվառում ունեցող Հայաստանի քաղաքացիներից բացի, քվեարկելու իրավունք ունեն նաև առնվազն մեկ տարվա հաշվառում ունեցող՝ Հայաստանի քաղաքացիություն չունեցող անձինք։

Այսինքն՝ Գյումրիում հաշվառված արցախցիները, Հնդկաստանի, Ռուսաստանի և այլ երկրների քաղաքացիները կարող են մասնակցել մարտի 30-ի արտահերթ ընտրություններին, եթե այնտեղ մեկ տարվա հաշվառում ունեն։ Ներքին գործերի նախարարության հրապարակած տվյալներով՝ ընտրելու իրավունք ունեցող 112 հազար 160 չափահաս քաղաքացիներից 921-ը ժամանակավոր պաշտպանության կարգավիճակ ունեն, այսինքն՝ տեղահանված արցախցիներն են, իսկ 2 հազար 206-ը Գյումրիում մեկ տարվա հաշվառում ունեցող օտարերկրյա քաղաքացիներն են։

Գյումրիի համար 2 հազարից ավելի ձայն կեղծելը լիովին փոխում է ընտրական պատկերը, ուստի ընդդիմության կասկածները բոլորովին էլ անհիմն չեն։
