ՔՊ-ն՝ ընդդեմ Հայոց ցեղասպանության ճանաչման

ANALYSIS

«Քաղաքացիական պայմանագիր» կուսակցությունը շարունակում է Հայոց ցեղասպանության միջազգային ճանաչման դեմ իր քաղաքականությունը վարել՝ արժանանալով անգամ եվրոպացիների զարմանքին։ Նախօրեին Երևանում կայացած ՀՀ-ԵՄ խորհրդարանական գործընկերության կոմիտեի չորրորդ նիստի ընթացքում ՔՊ-ական պատգամավորները դեմ են քվեարկել ցեղասպանությունը դատապարտող հայտարարության առաջարկին։

Նիստին մասնակցող, ԱԺ «Պատիվ ունեմ» խմբակցության ղեկավար Հայկ Մամիջանյանը 9 առաջարկ էր ներկայացրել ամփոփիչ հայտարարության համար։ Առաջարկներից մեկը վերաբերել է Թուրքիայի կողմից ցեղասպանության ճանաչմանը։ «... Հրավիրում է Թուրքիային, հետպատերազմյան Գերմանիայի կողմից ցուցադրված ամբողջականության ու ղեկավարության լավագույն օրինակով, առերեսվել իր պատմությանը և վերջապես ճանաչել Հայոց ցեղասպանության հավերժական իրողությունը և դրա հետ կապված զրկանքները՝ ներառյալ այնպիսի քայլեր ձեռնարկել, ինչպիսիք են արխիվների բացումը, պատասխանատվության ճանաչումը և վերադարձի իրավունքի ու մշակութային ժառանգության վերականգնման ապահովումը»:

Այս առաջարկին կողմ են քվեարկել նիստին մասնակցող, ԱԺ ընդդիմադիր չորս պատգամավորներ, Եվրոպական խորհրդարանի 2 պատգամավորներ, իսկ ՔՊ-ականները՝ դեմ են քվեարկել: Արդյունքում, առաջարկը հայտարարության մեջ չի ընդգրկվել։ Փաստացի, Թուրքիայի և Ադրբեջանի խամաճիկը դարձած փաշինյանական իշխանությունը չի համարձակվում անգամ ամենապարզ հայտարարության մեջ նման մեղմ ձևակերպում ընդգրկել։
