Ամուլսարի հանքը շահագործվելու է, ԱՄՆ-ը պահանջում է Հայաստանից

Երեկ ՀՀ կառավարությունը որոշեց «Լիդիան» ընկերությանը 150 մլն դոլարի երաշխիք տալ Ամուլսարի շահագործման համար։ ԱՄՆ դեսպանատունը ողջունել է Հայաստանի իշխանությունների և «Lydian» ընկերության միջև Ամուլսարի հանքի շահագործման մեկնարկի վերաբերյալ համաձայնությունը: «Հիանալի նորություն է։ ԱՄՆ դեսպանատունը ողջունում է Ամուլսարում հանքարդյունահանման ծրագրի վերսկսման վերաբերյալ «Lydian»-ի և Հայաստանի միջև համաձայնագիրը՝ տնտեսության մեջ միլիոնավոր ԱՄՆ դոլարների ներդրումներով, ինչն աշխատատեղեր կստեղծի և բարգավաճում կապահովի Միացյալ Նահանգների և Հայաստանի համար», - ասված է հայտարարությունում։

Դեսպանատնից նշել են, թե Հայաստանը բաց է ամերիկյան բիզնեսի համար, և ԱՄՆ դեսպանատունը հպարտությամբ աջակցում է այդ քաղաքականությանը, քանի որ երկու երկրները միասին աշխատում են ապագա բարգավաճման ուղղությամբ:

Հիշեցնենք` Ամուլսարը ոսկու երկրորդ խոշոր հանքավայրն է Հայաստանում: Տևական ժամանակ բնապահպանների և հանրության հակազդեցության պայմաններում իշխանությունները չէին կարողանում սկսել հանքի շահագործումը, իսկ միջազգային հանրությունը, նշենք, պահանջում էր բացել։ Այժմ, երբ ԱՄՆ դեսպանատունն էլ անմիջապես հայտարարություն է տարածում, ակնհայտ է, որ հանքավայրի շահագործումը հենց Արևմուտքի պահանջով է իրականացվելու, իսկ Ջերմուկի և տեղի բնակիչների շահերը ոչ ոք հաշվի չի առնելու։

Ընդհանրապես, քաղաքականությունը ցինիկ բան է, առավել ևս երբ այն համակցվում է տնտեսական օգուտների հետ։ Եվ Արևմուտքն էլ ամենևին ձրի և անշահախնդիր կերպով չէ, որ հայտարարում է ՀՀ իշխանություններին օգնելու մասին։ Ամեն ինչ գին ունի, այլ հարց, թե ի՞նչ գին է վճարելու Հայաստանի Հանրապետությունը, և ի՞նչ է ստանալու դրա դիմաց։
