tsargrad.tv–ն գրում է, որ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը վիրավորել է ՌԴ նախագահ Վլադիմիր Պուտինին՝ փաստացի հայտարարելով նրան պերսոնա նոն գրատա։ Հրապարակախոս Ալեքսեյ Բելովը tsargrad.tv–ի հետ զրույցում բացատրել է, թե ինչպես պետք է Ռուսաստանը արձագանքի այդ սադրանքին: Խոսքը Փաշինյանի խոսքերի մասին է ԵԱՏՄ գագաթաժողովին Պուտինի՝ Երևան կատարելիք հնարավոր այցի առումով՝ Հայաստանի կողմից Հռոմի ստատուտի ընդունման համատեքստում։ Վերջինս պահանջում է ՌԴ նախագահի կալանավորումը Միջազգային քրեական դատարանի հրամանի հիման վրա։ «ԵԱՏՄ-ի ոչ բոլոր բարձրաստիճան ղեկավարներն են ողջունելի Հայաստանում»,- լրագրողներին ասել էր Հայաստանի վարչապետը։ Դրանից բխում է, որ Պուտինը Հայաստանում հայտարարվել է պերսոնա նոն գրատա։ Հրապարակախոս Ալեքսեյ Բելովը հիշեցրել է նաև Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի մեկ այլ մեջբերում: Ահա, թե ինչ է մտածում Հայաստանի վարչապետը ՀԱՊԿին երկրի մասնակցության մասին. «Հայաստանն իրեն համարում է ՀԱՊԿ-ից դուրս, վերադարձ կազմակերպություն այլևս հնարավոր չէ, անդառնալիության կետը հատված է»։ Այսպիսով, կարելի է եզրակացնել, որ Հայաստանի ներկայիս իշխանություններն ակնհայտորեն հակված չեն ինտեգրվելու նախկին ԽՍՀՄ տարածքին։ Եվ սա առաջին անգամ չէ, որ տեղի է ունենում։ Երբ 1991 թվականի մարտին ԽՍՀՄ-ում անցկացվեց Խորհրդային Միության պահպանման առաջին և վերջին համամիութենական հանրաքվեն, Հայկական ԽՍՀ-ն տեղի ղեկավարության որոշմամբ հրաժարվեց մասնակցել այդ պլեբիսցիտին։ Հետագայում նա նաև ձեռնպահ մնաց Նովո-Օգարևոյի գործընթացին մասնակցելուց, որտեղ միության նոր պայմանագիրն էր մշակվում։ «Այսինքն, հայերը նույնիսկ այն ժամանակ չէին ցանկանում առնչություն ունենալ Ռուսաստանի հետ և ամեն կերպ սաբոտաժի էին ենթարկում համակեցության հնարավորության հետ կապված ցանկացած նախաձեռնություն»,- նշել է Ալեքսեյ Բելովը։

Նա կարծում է, որ եկել է ժամանակը, որպեսզի Ռուսաստանը վերանայի իր այն արտաքին քաղաքականությունը հարևան երկրների նկատմամբ, որը հիմնված է, փորձագետի կարծիքով, «ժողովուրդների բարեկամության» բոլորովին սխալ տեսության վրա։ Ավելին, Փաշինյանը «օդից» չի հայտնվել: Սկզբում նրան սատարում էր «փողոցը», իսկ հետո՝ ՀՀ քաղաքացիների մեծ մասը։ «Նրանք, ըստ երևույթին, չունեն ինքնապահպանման բնազդ: Նրանք չեն հասկանում այն պարզ ճշմարտությունը, որ Ռուսաստանի հետ ոչ բարեկամական հարաբերությունները սպառնում են անդրկովկասյան այդ հանրապետությանը թուրքական «փաշինյանական գավառ» դարձնել»,- մեկնաբանել է իրավիճակը Ալեքսեյ Բելովը։

Այդ առնչությամբ հրապարակախոսը կոչ է արել չմիջամտել, թողնել՝ հայերը գնան «իրենց ճանապարհով», եթե դա է իրենց ուզածը։ Թող իրենք զգան, թե ինչպիսին է Արևմուտքը՝ որպես դաշնակից։ «Հաշվի առնելով մեր նախագահին ուղղված ուղղակի վիրավորանքը և Երևանի՝ ԵԱՏՄ գագաթնաժողովին մասնակցելուց հրաժարվելը, կարծում եմ, արժե խնդրել Հայաստանին՝ հեռանալ այդ կազմակերպությունից։ Նրանք չեն ցանկանում խեղդվել փշերից, բայց ձեռքները գցում են ձկներին», - ընդգծել է Ալեքսեյ Բելովը:
