Եղիշե Կիրակոսյանը բացատրել է՝ ինչու է ազատման դիմում գրել

Որոշում եմ կայացրել լքել Միջազգային իրավական հարցերով ներկայացուցչի պաշտոնը: Այս մասին ֆեյսբուքյան էջում գրել է Եղիշե Կիրակոսյանը:
«Սիրելի՛ հայրենակիցներ,
Որոշում եմ կայացրել լքել Միջազգային իրավական հարցերով ներկայացուցչի պաշտոնը։ Ցանկանում եմ առավել կենտրոնանալ ակադեմիական/գիտական և մասնագիտական գործունեության վրա՝ նպաստելով Հայաստանի Հանրապետությունում միջազգային իրավունքի ամրապնդմանը, ինչպես նաև իրավագիտական կրթության զարգացմանը։
Վարչապետի աշխատակազմում սկսել եմ աշխատել 2018թ. հոկտեմբեր ամսից որպես Վարչապետի խորհրդական, որի ընթացքում նախաձեռնել եմ «Մարդու իրավունքների եվրոպական դատարանում ՀՀ ներկայացուցչի մասին» օրենքի մշակումը և ներկայացումը Ազգային ժողով, որի հիման վրա ստեղծվել է Մարդու իրավունքների եվրոպական դատարանում ՀՀ ներկայացուցչի գրասենյակը։ 2019թ.-ից ի վեր գրասենյակն ընդլայնել է իր գործառույթների շրջանակը՝ ապահովելով ՀՀ շահերի ներկայացում ինչպես Մարդու իրավունքների եվրոպական դատարանում, այնպես էլ Արդարադատության միջազգային դատարանում, միջազգային արբիտրաժային տրիբունալներում, օտարերկրյա ներպետական դատարաններում և հաշտարարության վարույթներում։
Միաժամանակ, գրասենյակն իր հիմնադրումից ի վեր իրականացրել է մարդու իրավունքների միջազգային չափորոշիչների ներդրումն իրավական ակտերի նախագծերում։
2020թ. 44-օրյա պատերազմից ի վեր գրասենյակը ձեռնամուխ է եղել Մարդու իրավունքների եվրոպատական դատարանում և Արդարադատության միջազգային դատարանում Ադրբեջանի դեմ միջպետական գանգատների ներկայացմանը, ինչպես նաև ընթացիկ միջպետական դատական և արբիտրաժային վարույթների շրջանակներում ՀՀ շահերի արդյունավետ պաշտպանությանը։ Գրասենյակը նաև նախաձեռնել է մի շարք առանցքային միջազգային պայմանագրերի, այդ թվում՝ Միջազգային քրեական դատարանի մասին Հռոմի կանոնադրության, «Միջազգային վեճերի խաղաղ կարգավորման մասին» 1899թ. և 1907թ. Հաագայի կոնվենցիաների վավերացման գործընթացները։
Երախտագիտությունս եմ հայտնում Հայաստան Հանրապետության վարչապետին վստահության համար։ Շնորհակալ եմ նաև պետական համակարգի բոլոր գործընկերներին արդյունավետ համագործակցության համար։
Շնորհակալ եմ Միջազգային իրավական հարցերով ներկայացուցչի գրասենյակի թիմին, դատական և արբիտրաժային վարույթների շրջնակներում ներգրավված միջազգային իրավախորհրդատւներին՝ իրենց անձնվեր և պրոֆեսիոնալ աշխատանքի համար։ Վստահ եմ, որ Գրասենյակը կշարունակի պատշաճ և արդյունավետ կերպով իրականացնել Հայաստանի շահերի ներկայացումը միջազգային դատական և արբիտրաժային գործընթացների շրջանակներում»,-գրել է նա:
Հիշեցնենք, որ ավելի վաղ հաղորդել էինք, որ Եղիշե Կիրակոսյան անզատվել է Միջազգային իրավական հարցերով ներկայացուցչի պաշտոնից:
