Երևանի քաղաքապետի մամուլի քարտուղար Հայկ Կոստանյանը ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրառում է կատարել․
Ի պատասխան «Հետքում» հրապարակված «Ինչ կապ ունեն ԱՆԻՖ-ը, Դելավերի օֆշորային ընկերությունները և Տիգրան Ավինյանի կնոջ ընկերուհին» վերնագրով հոդվածի՝ հայտնում եմ հետևյալը։
Հոդվածում նշված «Սի Էֆ Դաբլյու» ընկերության 51%-ի բաժնեմասի սեփականատերը հանրահայտ ամերիկյան Orbis Operations ընկերությունն է։ Ամերիկյան կողմը ձեռք է բերել իր մասնաբաժինը՝ ներդնելով 5.8 միլիոն ԱՄՆ դոլար արժողությամբ տեխնոլոգիա։
2023 թվականի վերջի դրությամբ ընկերությունում աշխատում էին 12 բարձրակարգ մասնագետ, ովքեր անցնում էին մասնագիտական պատրաստություն կիբերանվտանգության ոլորտում՝ կիրառելով նորագույն տեխնոլոգիաներ։
Ընկերությունը հաստատել էր համագործակցություն մի շարք բանկերի, նախարարությունների և պետական այլ կառույցների հետ՝ նրանց կիբերանվտանգությունը բարձրացնելու նպատակով։
Տեղեկությունն այն մասին, թե ընկերությունը հաշվետվություն չի տրամադրել, չի համապատասխանում իրականությանը։
Ինչ վերաբերում է այն հանգամանքին, որ ներկայումս ընկերությունում աշխատում է միայն մեկ անձ, ապա այս հարցի պարզաբանումը պետք է տրամադրեն այն պաշտոնյաները, ովքեր ստանձնեցին այդ պատասխանատվությունը՝ փոփոխություններ կատարելով ԱՆԻՖ-ի հիմնադիր կազմում։
Ինչ վերաբերում է ընկերության տնօրենի անձնական կապերին, նշեմ, որ նա նախկինում աշխատել է «Ֆլայ Արնա» ընկերությունում՝ զբաղեցնելով բարձր պաշտոններ, որի կառավարումը իրականացվում էր արաբական «Էյր Արաբիա» ավիաընկերության գործընկերների կողմից։
Հիշեցնեմ, որ ԱՆԻՖ-ի դուստր ընկերությունը՝ «Ձեռնարկատեր+պետություն» հիմնադրամը, ներդրել է 1 մլրդ 539 մլն 580 հազար դրամ, ձեռք բերելով ընկերության 49% բաժնեմասը։
Միևնույն ժամանակ տեղեկացնում եմ, որ ՀՀ նախկին փոխվարչապետ, ներկայումս Երևանի քաղաքապետ Տիգրան Ավինյանը, որպես ԱՆԻՖ-ի հոգաբարձուների խորհրդի նախագահ, որևէ կերպ չի միջամտել ԱՆԻՖ-ի և դուստր կազմակերպությունների կադրային քաղաքականությանը կամ նշանակումների գործընթացին։
