Հարգելի՛ գործընկերներ,

Երևան քաղաքի ավագանու «Մայր Հայաստան» խմբակցության ավագանի Զարուհի Փոստանջյանը Երևանի քաղաքապետարանի դիմաց բողոքի ակցիայի ընթացքում արել է մի շարք անհիմն հայտարարություններ, որոնց վերաբերյալ հայտնում եմ հետևյալը․

Արաբկիր վարչական շրջանի Ն. Զարյան փողոց 11-13 հասցեում բազմաբնակարան շենք կառուցելու նպատակով Վահրամ Ադամյանին 18.09.2023թ. տրամադրվել է նախագծման թույլտվություն (հ.01/18-07/1-Դ-112575-671): Շինարարությունը դասվում է 4-րդ (բարձր) ռիսկայնության օբյեկտների շարքին և անցել է բոլոր անհրաժեշտ փորձաքննությունները, այդ թվում՝ պետական համալիր փորձաքննություն։

18.09.2023թ. տրված թույլտվությամբ նախատեսվում է 8 վերգետնյա և 1 մասնակի նահանջ հարկ։ Նախագիծը ստուգվել և հաստատվել է համապատասխան պետական մարմինների կողմից՝ ներառյալ ՀՀ քաղաքաշինության կոմիտեն, «Արտագերատեսչական փորձաքննություն» ՓԲԸ-ն և ՀՀ քաղաքաշինության, տեխնիկական ու հրդեհային անվտանգության տեսչական մարմինը։

14.11.2024թ. համաձայնեցվել է շինարարական նախագիծը (հ.01/50-03-910-24), և «ԱԴԱՄԻՈՒՄ» ՍՊԸ-ին տրամադրվել է շինարարության թույլտվություն (հ.01/50-02-1985-24)՝ 3 տարի ժամկետով (մինչև 14.11.2027թ.)։

Նշված հողատարածքը Երևանի գլխավոր հատակագծով և Արաբկիր թաղային համայնքի գոտիավորման նախագծով ներառված է բազմահարկ բազմաբնակարան շենքերով բնակելի կառուցապատման գոտում։

Կառուցապատողի և Երևանի քաղաքապետ Տիգրան Ավինյանի միջև ենթադրյալ քավոր-սանիկական հարաբերությունների մասին պնդումները ևս չեն համապատասխանում իրականությանը։
