Գաղտնի ընթացող բանակցությունների ֆոնին՝ իշխանությունն ամեն հնարավոր «գայթակղիչ» քայլ ձեռնարկում է, որպեսզի սոցիալական բարեկեցության քողի տակ «գնի» ՀՀ քաղաքացիների լռությունն ու հանդուրժողականությունը։ Բացատրեմ ավելի մատչելի. անել ամեն ինչ՝ ՀՀ սոցիալական բեռի տակ կքած ու տարբեր լոկալ խնդիրներից դժգոհող քաղաքացիների «բերանը փակելու» համար, որպեսզի հանկարծ ուշադրություն չսևեռեն այս պահին տարվող ու արդեն փաստորեն ավարտված բանակցությունների, դրանց անհայտ ու հավանաբար կործանիչ (գրամ անգամ չեմ կասկածում, որ այդպես է) հետևանքների վրա։

Կգտնվեն մարդիկ, որ կասեն՝ «հա, ի՞նչ վատ է, որ», իհարկե, շատ լավ է, բայց մի քանի «եթե» կա. օրինակ՝ եթե այդ ծրագրերն իրականացվելու ապագա տարածք ունենային, եթե Հայաստանի՝ ոչ թուրքացման հեռանկարներ ունենային, եթե այդ կեղծ բարեկարգումները Հայաստանի այն տարածքներում լինեին, որոնք չեն հանձնվել կամ չեն հանձնվելու։ Այն ապագան, այն բարեփեխումները, այն լավարկումները, որոնք արվել (հույս տվեք ձեզ, թե արվել են) կամ արվելու են, արժենալու են ձեզ և մեզ հերթական հայրենազրկումը՝ հայրենական հողերի կորուստները։ Արժե լրջորեն մտածեք, թե վաղը ձեր գնած թանկ կահույքը դնելու տեղ ունենալու՞ եք, թե ոչ, քայլելու՞ եք արդյոք խաղաղ Երևանում, հայկական Երևանում...
