Հայաստանի ու Ադրբեջանի միջև «խաղաղության» համաձայնագրի շուրջ բանակցությունների ավարտի ֆոնին, երեկ Ադրբեջանի իրականացրած ապատեղեկատվության արշավը որոշակորեն փոթորկել է հանրությանը:
Մի կողմից իշխանությունը ժողովրդին կեղծ սպասումներ է հրամցնում երկար սպասված խաղաղության մասին, իսկ դրան զուգահեռ, ադրբեջանական ոչ պաշտոնական խոսափողները ակտիվ գրում են նոր պատերազմի մասին:
Մեկ օրվա ընթացքում ադրբեջական 3 կեղծ հաղորդագրությունները Սյունիքի ուղղությամբ հրադադարի ռեժիմի խախտումների մասին, եկան լրացնելու այն վարկածը, որ Ադրբեջանը ոչ թե խաղաղության, այլ նոր սադրանքների է նախապատրաստվում:
Հարց է առաջանում. իսկ ի՞նչ առիթ կա իրադրությունը սրելու և հնարավոր սադրանքներ հրահրելու համար:
Հիմնական խնդիրը «միջանցքի» թեման է, որն առանձնացվել էր «խաղաղության» համաձայնագրից և Ադրբեջանը փորձում է այս ուղղությամբ ճնշումները մեծացնել:
Սրան զուգահեռ, Ադրբեջանի համար շատ կարևոր է Հայաստանի վերջնական զինաթափումը, որը վերջին շրջանում առաջին պլան է բերվել և ձևակերպվում է անչափ վտանգավոր «ապառազմականացման» պահանջի ներքո:
Մեկ բան ակնհայտ է. Ադրբեջանը մինչև վերջ սեղմելու է օղակը` Հայաստանին «քամելու» և ինքնուրույն որոշումներ կայացնելու հնարավորությունից զրկելու համար:
