Թե քաղաքական վերլուծաբանները, և թե նույնիսկ մարզական աշխարհը ցնցված են օրերս Իջևանում Վովա Փաշինյանի ծննդյան 85-ամյակին նվիրված հուշամրցաշարի անցկացման փաստից։ ՀՀ վարչապետի պաշտոնը զբաղեցնող անձի հայրը, իհարկե, ինչ-որ չնչին առնչություն ունի ֆուտբոլի հետ։ Ժամանակին, ասում են, նույնիսկ մարզիչ է եղել, սակայն որևէ հուշամրցաշարի արժանանալու իրավունք, կարծես թե, չունի։ Մրցաշարը կազմակերպվել էր Հայաստանի ֆուտբոլի ֆեդերացիայի և նրա նախագահ Արմեն Մելիքբեկյանի կողմից, և լուրջ միջոցներ են ծախսել նման միջոցառում կազմակերպելու, դրան Նիկոլ Փաշինյանին հրավիրելու համար։
