Վանաձորում արցախցի տեղահանված երիտասարդի դաժան ծեծը ոստիկանների կողմից բնութագրում է ՀՀ գործող իշխանությունների վերաբերմունքը մեր հայրենակիցների նկատմամբ։ Երեկ երեկոյան Քննչական կոմիտեի շենքի դիմաց բողոքի ակցիա էին իրականացնում մի խումբ քաղաքացիներ, իրավապաշտպաններ ու պատգամավորներ՝ ի պաշտպանություն 2025 թ. մարտի 15-ին ոստիկանության Վանաձորի բաժնում մոտ մեկ տասնյակ ոստիկանների կողմից ենթադրյալ ծեծի ենթարկված Տիգրան Ուլուբաբյանի: Ակցիայի մասնակիցները փորձեցին նույնիսկ ճանապարհ փակել:

Երիտասարդն Արցախում կորցրել է հորն ու եղբորը, մասնակցել երեք պատերազմների, իսկ տեղահանությունից հետո բնակվում էր Վանաձորում, որտեղ ոստիկաններն էլ նրան խոշտանգել են։ Տիգրան Ուլուբաբյանի նկատմամբ Ոստիկանության Լոռու մարզային վարչությունում կատարված բռնության դեպքով Քննչական կոմիտեն քրեական վարույթ է հարուցել՝ մի խումբ անձանց կողմից խոշտանգման հոդվածով: ՔԿ-ից հայտնել են, որ այս գործով որևէ մեղադրյալ դեռևս չկա: Ծեծվածի փաստաբանն այդ ոստիկաններից մի քանիսի անունները հրապարակել է, բայց քննչական կոմիտեն էլ, ներքին գործերի նախարարությունն էլ ոչինչ չեն ձեռնարկում։ Ավելին, իշխանությունները մտադիր են ընդհանրապես չպատժել այդ ոստիկաններին, որպեզի մյուսների համար դաս լինի։ Նաև իրավապահ համակարգի «փոխակերպուկներն» էլ իրենց ավելի վստահ զգան, ավելի դաժան վերաբերվեն արցախցիների նկատմամբ։

Տեղահանվածների գոյությունն իսկ խուճապ է առաջացնում Հայաստանի դավաճան իշխանությունների շարքերում, բոլորովին զարմանալի չէ, որ 44-օրյա պատերազմից հետո Փաշինյանն ու թիմն ամեն ինչ անում են երկրում ատելության մթնոլորտ տարածելու, արցախցիների նկատմամբ ատելություն գեներացնելու, այդ մարդկանց Հայաստանից դուրս մղելու համար։
