Քանի որ Հայաստանում բռնապետությանը բնորոշ տոտալ անպատժելիության մթնոլորտ է ձևավորված, ու քանի դեռ իրավապահ մարմինները դիմադրում են արդարադատություն իրականացնելուն ուղղված քաղաքացիական հասարակության նախաձեռնություններին, մեր կարևոր անելիքներից մեկը, համառորեն իրավական գործիքների կիրառումը շարունակելուց զատ, մնում է այս երևույթների մասին պարզապես բարձրաձայնելը։ Հասարակության տրամադրությունը էապես փոխված է, ինչը չափելի է տարբեր մեխանիզմներով։ Տրամադրության այս շարունակական փոփոխությունը ի վերջո բերելու է իշխանափոխության, լինի փողոցով թե ընտրություններով։

Արցախցի Տիգրան Ուլուբաբյանին ոստիկանությունում խոշտանգման ենթարկելը, լրագրող Հռիփսիմե Ջեբեջյանին վիրավորելն ու նրա գործունեությանը խոչընդոտելը, ազգային փոքրամասնությանը վիրավորելը «փափախավոր քուրդ» ձևակերպմամբ, միայն վերջին երկու-երեք օրերին տեղի ունեցած հանցագործություններ են, որոնք անպատիժ են մնացել, քանի որ դրանից առաջ տեղի ունեցած բազմաթիվ այլ հանցագործություններ ու ապօրինություններ այդպես էլ մնացել են առանց պատասխանի ու պատժի։
