Ռուսաստանն ակտիվանում է Հարավային Կովկասում

Հայաստանի և Ադրբեջանի միջև խաղաղության պայմանագրի լիակատար համաձայնեցման մասին հայտարարություններից հետո սպասելի էր, որ գեոպոլիտիկ կենտրոնները կրկին փորձելու են ակտիվացնել իրենց քաղաքականությունը Հարավային Կովկասում, քանի որ պայմանագրի հնարավոր ստորագրումը որևէ գերտերության մայրաքաղաքում առավելություն է տալու տվյալ կենտրոնին։
Վերջին օրերին հատկապես ակտիվ են ռուսական շրջանակները, ինչը լիովին օբյեկտիվ և սպասելի էր։ Հայաստանի իշխանություններն էլ, երկրորդ ընթերցմամբ և ամբողջությամբ ընդունելով, այսպես կոչված, «Եվրաքվեն», կարծես նորից փորձում են Արևմուտքին հավատարմություն հայտնել, ինչը, բնականաբար, հարուցելու էր ռուսական կողմի դժգոհությունը։ Թե՛ Մարիա Զախարովան, թե՛ ՌԴ փոխվարչապետ Ալեքսեյ Օվերչուկը փաստել են, որ Հայաստանը չի կարող միաժամանակ լինել ԵԱՏՄ-ում ու ԵՄ-ում, կոչ են արել կողմնորոշվել։ «Հայաստանը չի կարող «երկու աթոռի վրա նստել» Երևանը պետք է ընտրություն կատարի Եվրասիական տնտեսական միության (ԵԱՏՄ) և Եվրամիության (ԵՄ) միջև»,- ասել էր Օվերչուկը։
ՌԴ ԱԳՆ մամուլի քարտուղարը նախօրեին նաև հայտարարել է, թե Հարավային Կովկասում հաղորդակցության միջոցների ապաշրջափակման գործընթացը կանգ է առել Արևմուտքի կործանարար ազդեցության պատճառով։ Ըստ Զախարովայի, Հայաստանի դիրքորոշումը նույնպես հաճախ հարցեր է առաջացնում։ «Մենք տեսնում ենք արևմտյան երկրների կործանարար ազդեցությունը, և Հայաստանի իշխանությունների դիրքորոշումը, որը երբեմն և ոչ հազվադեպ, մեզ համար հարցեր է առաջացնում: Այս երկու գործոնների պատճառով Հայաստանի, Ադրբեջանի ու Ռուսաստանի փոխվարչապետերի խմբում համագործակցությունը կանգ է առել», - ասել է Մարիա Զախարովան:
Մոսկվան, ակներևաբար, թույլ չի տալու Հայաստանին ու Ադրբեջանին ինքնուրույն լուծել հաղորդակցությունների հարցը, առավել ևս, դա անել Արևմուտքի քավորությամբ, քանի որ այդ դեպքում Մոսկվայի ազդեցության վերջին փշուրներն էլ հօդս կցնդեն։ Ուստի Ռուսաստանը պիտի շտապի՝ իր ազդեցությունը Հարավային Կովկասում վերականգնելու։
