«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.

Երեկ մեկնարկել է ԵՄ փորձագիտական առաքելության երկրորդ այցը Հայաստան, որի նպատակն է, ըստ պաշտոնական հաղորդման, գնահատել վիզաների ազատականացման ուղղությամբ Հայաստանի առաջընթացը։ Ընդհանրապես, վերջին շրջանում ավելի հաճախ են սկսել իշխանության ներկայացուցիչները խոսել այս թեմայի շուրջ: Հունվարին Դավոսում Նիկոլ Փաշինյանն էլ ասել էր, թե ինքը հույս ունի, որ կհաջողվի հնարավորինս շուտ ավարտել վիզաների ազատականացման մասին բանակցությունները և ստորագրել փաստաթուղթը։

Սակայն որքան շատ է խոսվում այդ մասին, այնքան բարդանում է Հայաստանի քաղաքացիների՝ Շենգենյան վիզա ստանալու հնարավորությունը: Մենք պարբերաբար տեղեկություններ ենք ստանում, որ վիզաների աջակցման կենտրոնները (հատկապես Ֆրանսիայի և Իտալիայի «գծով») պարզապես դժոխքի են վերածել մարդկանց կյանքը: Նախ՝ մեզ դիմած մի շարք քաղաքացիներ դժգոհում էին, թե ամեն ինչ արվում է, որ «առաջին անգամից» վիզա չտրվի. դե, ամեն դիմումը մոտավորապես 35 հազար դրամ է (վիզայի գումար+վիզաների կենտրոնի վճար): Խոսքն առաջին հերթին նրանց մասին է, ովքեր փորձում են ինքնուրույն դիմել, այլ ոչ թե օգտվել նույն կենտրոնների վճարովի ծառայությունից (հավել յալ նվազագույնը 25-30 հազար դրամ): Իսկ այն դեպքերում, երբ ակնհայտ է, որ մերժելու պատճառ չկա (ասենք՝ բազմիցս նախկինում ունեցել են տարբեր ժամկետներով վիզաներ), «հանկարծ» պարզվում է, որ թղթերում կամ «բուքի» ընթացքում, օրինակ՝ ինչ-որ թիվ սխալ է կամ պակաս է: Ոչ մի ընդառաջում, ոչ մի նորմալ վերաբերմունք: Ընդհակառակը, մեզ հետ զրույցում մարդիկ նշում էին, թե որքան կոպիտ ու «վերևից» են շփվում իրենց հետ:

Այս ամենն, ի դեպ, առաջին հերթին վնասում է հենց դեսպանատների ու ԵՄ անդամ երկրների հեղինակությանը, սակայն երևի թե կառավարությունն էլ պարտավոր է զբաղվել այս հարցերով. ի վերջո, խոսքը ՀՀ քաղաքացիներին է վերաբերում:
