«Քաղաքացիական պայմանագիր» խմբակցությունից վռնդված պատգամավոր Հակոբ Ասլանյանին ավտոբուսում վիրավորած ակտիվիստին մեղավոր են ճանաչել մեկ հոդվածով, դատավոր Դավիթ Արղամանյանի վճռով Սամվել Վարդանյանը մեղավոր է ճանաչվել միայն խուլիգանության հոդվածով, իսկ ատելություն, խտրականություն, անհանդուրժողականություն կամ թշնամանք հրահրելուն կամ քարոզելուն ուղղված հրապարակային խոսք, ինչպես նաև այդ նպատակով նյութեր կամ առարկաներ տարածելու հոդվածով Սամվել Վարդանյանն արդարացվել է։

Խուլիգանության հոդվածով նրան միայն սպառնում է տուգանք, հանրային աշխատանքներ կամ էլ ազատազրկում առավելագույնը 2 տարի ժամկետով։ Դատավոր Արղամանյանը նոր լսումներ է նշանակել Սամվել Վարդանյանի գործով և հաջորդ դատական նիստը կայանալու է արդեն ապրիլի 14-ին։

Փաստացի, գործող իշխանություններն ամեն ինչ անում են ակտիվիստին պատժելու համար, անկախ նրանից, որ Հակոբ Ասլանյանն արդեն իսկ հեռացվել է «Քաղաքացիական պայմանագրից»։ Փաստացի Փաշինյանի համար էականը ոչ թե սեփական նախկին կուսակցին վիրավորողին պատժելն է, այլ հանրությանը ցույց տալը, որ Փաշինյանի հասցեին վիրավորանքներ հասցնող յուրաքանչյուր ոք կարող է հայտնվել դատարանների ուշադրության կենտրոնում։ Միևնույն ժամանակ, Քննչական կոմիտեն որևէ մանրամասն չի հայտնել հարուցված մեկ այլ քրեական գործով, երբ ձերբակալությունից հետո Սամվել Վարդանյանին դաժանաբար ծեծի էին ենթարկել ոստիկանական մեքենայում։ Դա ևս ահաբեկման ցուցադրական ակտ էր` վախեցնելու և լռեցնելու բոլոր այն ակտիվիստներին, որոնք համարձակվում են Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի դեմ հայտարարություններ անել։

Ըստ ամենայնի, Վարդանյանին կտուգանեն կամ այլ թեթև պատժի կարժանացնեն, քանի որ խուլիգանության հոդվածը առանձնապես լուրջ պատիժներ չի նախատեսում, բայց նստվածքը, որ Հայաստանի Հանրապետությունը վաղուց դարձել է Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի բոստանը, և վերջինս բռնատիրական ռեժիմ է կառուցում, այդպես էլ կմնա։
