Անդրանիկ Քոչարյանին կպատժե՞ն. կոնսենսուս կա

Հայաստանի Ազգային ժողովի աշխատակազմը դրական եզրակացություն է տվել «Քաղաքացիական պայմանագիր» խմբակցության պատգամավոր Անդրանիկ Քոչարյանի վարքի մասով էթիկայի հանձնաժողով ստեղծելու նախաձեռնությանը։ Հարցն առաջիկայում ընդգրկվելու է Ազգային ժողովի քառօրյայի օրակարգում և պատգամավորները հանդես են գալու զեկույցներով։
Մարտի 20-ին Անդրանիկ Քոչարյանը լրագրողների հետ զրույցում վիրավորական արտահայտություններ էր արել լրագրող Հռիփսիմե Ջեբեջյանի հասցեին ասել` «գնա, շրթունքներդ մաքրի»։ Սկանդալային և լկտի այս պահվածքին ի պատասխան լրագրողներն էթիկայի հանձնաժողով ստեղծելու պահանջով ստորագրահավաք էին սկսել և ներկայացրել ԱԺ աշխատակազմ։ Տևական ժամանակ Անդրանիկ Քոչարյանը խնդիրներ ունի սեփական խմբակցության մեջ, բազմաթիվ քպական պատգամավորներ ձգտում են պատժել նրան։ Քոչարյանի ջրերը նաև ընդդիմադիր խմբակցությունների հետ մի առվով չեն հոսում, կոնկրետ այս դեպքում քպական այս պատգամավորին պատժելու համար ընդդիմության և ՔՊ խմբակցության պատգամավորների մեծ մասի շահերը համընկնում են։ Բացի այդ, իշխող ուժի ներկայացուցիչներին էլ ձեռք է տալիս, որ խորհրդարանում Անդրանիկ Քոչարյանի դեմ նախաձեռնությունը գա հենց ընդդիմությունից, իրենք էլ կարող են քվեարկությամբ արտահայտել իրենց դիրքորոշումն ավելի անկաշկանդ ձևով։
Ինքը` Քոչարյանը, հրաշալի հասկանում է այս ամենի հետևանքները և վերջին շրջանում արդեն անցել է բացահայտ սպառնալիքների` հայտարարելով, որ եթե փորձեն իրեն պատժել, ապա չի հրապարակի 44–օրյա պատերազմի հանգամանքների ուսումնասիրման զեկույցը, վայր կդնի մանդատը և կհեռանա։ Սպառնացել է նաև, որ բավականին մեծ ինֆորմացիայի է տիրապետում` ի տարբերություն այլ պատգամավորների, և իր հետ այդ կերպ չպետք է վարվել։
ՔՊ մեր աղբյուրների փոխանցմամբ, իշխող ուժը, սակայն, արդեն որոշում ունի՝ ցուցադրական պատժի ենթարկել Անդրանիկ Քոչարյանին` այդ կերպ նաև հանրության աչքին թոզ փչելով։
