ԱԺ «Քաղաքացիական պայմանագիր» խմբակցության պատգամավոր Խաչատուր Սուքիասյանի՝ վերջին օրերի նյարդային պահվածքը նաև խորքային պատճառներ ունի։ Սուքիասյանը, իհարկե, երբեք էլ առանձնապես համակրանք չի ունեցել Արցախի և արցախցիների նկատմամբ, նույնիսկ նախկին իշխանությունների օրոք, երբ շատ օլիգարխներ ներդրումներ էին անում Արցախում, նա այդպիսի գործունեությամբ աչքի չի ընկել։ Բայց ի տարբերություն Փաշինյանի թիմի այլ օդիոզ կերպարների, Սուքիասյանը նախկինում ձգտում էր լուռ մնալ, սկանդալների կենտրոնում չհայտնվել։

Մեր տեղեկություններով, անցած շաբաթվա սկզբին Սուքիասյանին իր մոտ է կանչել Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը, դիտողություններ արել, թե նա հեռու է պահում իրեն, ակտիվություն չի ցուցաբերում, զգուշացրել է, որ կարող է խնդիրների բախվել։ Նաև նշել է, որ թե Սուքիասյանը, և նրա ձեռքից կերակրվող փորձագետներն ակտիվորեն և ագրեսիվ կերպով չեն պաշտպանում իշխանական թեզերը։

Փաշինյանի նկատողությունից հետո էլ Խաչատուր Սուքիասյանը որոշել է անձամբ ակտիվանալ, բայց հայտնվել է լրագրողների թիրախում՝ չմտածված հայտարարությունների պատճառով։ Ի դեպ, Սուքիասյանն անձամբ մոտ մեկ տասնյակի հասնող փորձագետների է պահում, նրանց աշխատավարձ վճարում, պարտադրում տարբեր ալիքներով և սոցիալական ցանցերով իշխանական դավաճանական թեզերը պաշտպանել, իսկ վճարների չափն էլ կախված է ագրեսիվության աստիճանից։ Սուքիասյանը նաև պատգամավորների մի խմբի կերակրողն է, որոշներին ընդհուպ 5 հազար դոլար է վճարում, որ ավելի ակտիվ կատարեն իր հանձնարարությունները։
