Առողջապահության նախարարության շուրջ կրքերը չեն հանդարտվում Փաշինյանի իշխանավարման ողջ ընթացքում։ Արսեն Թորոսյանի ու գործող նախարար Անահիտ Ավանեսյանի ջրերն էլ մի առվով երբեք չեն հոսել։ Թորոսյանը տևական ժամանակ ջանքեր էր գործադրում Ավանեսյանից ազատվելու, կրկին նախարարի պաշտոնին վերադառնալու համար։ 

Թերևս, նախկին նախարարի ջանքերը ձախողվել են, իսկ Անահիտ Ավանեսյանը, ով ամիսներ շարունակ վախը սրտում սպասում էր իր ազատմանը, այսօր ինքն է հարձակման անցել, անխնա ազատվում է բոլոր կադրերից, որ իրեն ժառանգություն էին մնացել Արսեն Թորոսյանի ժամանակներից։ Կախվածությունների բուժման ազգային կենտրոնի տնօրեն Սուրեն Նազինյանը կդադարեցնի իր պաշտոնավարումը 2025 թվականի մայիսի 4–ից։ Այդ մասին նա գրառում է արել իր ֆեյսբուքյան էջում։

Հատկանշական է, որ Սուրեն Նազինյանը շնորհակալություն է հայտնել իրեն նշանակած նախկին նախարար Արսեն Թորոսյանին, ինչպես նաև տարբեր պետական ու հասարակական կառույցներին, որոնք աջակցել են կենտրոնին այս ընթացքում։ Բայց ոչ մի խոսք Անահիտ Ավանեսյանի մասին, ընդհակառակը, մեղադրանքներ է ներկայացրել նախարարության հասցեին։

Հիշեցնենք, որ վերջերս հեռացվեցին ԱՆ ենթակայության երկու բուժհաստատությունների տնօրեններ՝ «Սուրբ Գրիգոր Լուսավորիչ» ԲԿ ղեկավար Արման Հովակիմյանն ու Ուռուցքաբանության ազգային կենտրոնի տնօրեն Նարեկ Մանուկյանը։ Ընդ որում, «Սուրբ Գրիգոր Լուսավորիչ» ԲԿ ղեկավար նշանակվեց ԱԺ նախկին պատգամավոր Նարեկ Զեյնալյանը։ Վերջինս մշտապես խնդիրներ է ունեցել Արսեն Թորոսյանի հետ, և նրա նոր նշանակումը հենց Ավանեսյանի ցանկությունն է եղել, ցույց տալու, որ ինքն է վերահսկում առողջապահության նախարարությունը։
