Անպաշտպան «քաղաքացու» օրը

Պաշտոնական իշխանությունն այսօր նշում է իր իսկ սահմանած ամենատարօրինակ տոնը՝ Քաղաքացու օրը։ 2018 թվականի իշխանափոխությունից հետո, Փաշինյանն ապրիլի վերջին շաբաթ օրը հռչակել էր Քաղաքացու օր, և այդ օրը հանրության մեջ տպավորվել էր միայն որպես փողոցում խորոված-քյաբաբ պատրաստելու միջոցառում։

7 տարի անց կարող ենք փաստել, որ Հայաստանի Հանրապետությունում քաղաքացին ավելի անտեսված, ավելի անպաշտպան է թե՛ պետական համակարգի, թե՛ դրսի ուժերի և թե թշնամիների դիմաց։ 7 տարի անց Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը նույն ցինիզմով ու լկտիությամբ տոնում է իր սահմանած տոնը։ Խոսում ժողովրդավարության, ժողովրդավարական ընտրությունների վերաբերյալ։ Այսօր էլ հայտարարել է, թե «համակարգային կոռուպցիան Հայաստանից արմատախիլ է արված, իսկ ցանցային կոռուպցիայի դեմ մղում է ամենօրյա պայքար, և այդ պայքարում հանրային ավելի ու ավելի մեծ աջակցություն է հարկավոր»։

Հայաստանում կոռուպցիան ավելի դաժան դրսևորումներ է ստացել։ Նույնիսկ մասնագետներն են փաստում, որ Փաշինյանի իշխանությունը ոչ միայն արմատախիլ չի արել համակարգային կոռուպցիան, այլ ավելի համակարգային ու ինստիտուցիոնալ է դարձրել։

Ապրիլի 26-ը նշանավորվում է նաև մեկ այլ ողբերգական դեպքով, որ անմիջականորեն առնչվում է Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի հետ։ 3 տարի առաջ այսօրը Լեո-Պարոնյան խաչմերուկում Փաշինյանին ուղեկցող շարասյունը վրաերթի ենթարկեց երիտասարդ և հղի մի կնոջ։ 3 տարվա ընթացքում ոչ ոք պատժված չէ, իսկ տուժողի իրավահաջորդներն ու փաստաբանները նշում են, որ խայտառակ դատաքննություն է ընթանում, որի նպատակը Փաշինյանին ուղեկցող ոստիկանին ամեն գնով պատասխանատվությունից ազատելն է։ Ահա այսպիսի քաղաքացու օր են նշում փաշինյանականները՝ մի կողմից վրաերթի ենթարկելով, սպանելով, անպաշտպան թողելով, մյուս կողմից ծաղրելով նույն այդ քաղաքացուն։
