Հայաստանի պետական համակարգում նոր խռովություն է հասունանում հատկապես նորմալ և ադեկվատ մարդկանց մոտ, ովքեր ստիպված աշխատում են պետական համակարգում՝ ընտանիք պահելու համար՝ և առնվազն չեն խառնվում քաղաքական գործընթացներին, որևէ կերպ չեն աջակցում գործող ապիկար և դավաճան իշխանություններին։ Բանն այն է, որ փաշինյանական իշխանությունը հրահանգել է գրեթե բոլոր պետ ծառայողներին մասնակցել Աննա Հակոբյանի «Կրթությունը նորաձև է» նախաձեռնության հանդիպումներին, և շատերն արդեն իսկ դժգոհում են, որ չեն ցանկանում մասնակցել այդ անհեթեթ նախաձեռնությանը, առավել ևս թույլ տան, որպեսզի Աննա Հակոբյանի կամ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի պես կիսագրագետներն իրենց կրթեն։
Մարդիկ, որ տասնյակ տարիներով աշխատել են պետական համակարգում, հրաշալի կրթություն ունեն, մի քանի բուհ են ավարտել, այսօր իրենց ակնհայտորեն վիրավորված են զգում գործող իշխանություններից, իսկ վարչախումբը պարտադրել է մասնակցել այդ հանդիպումներին` նշելով, թե ցուցակագրելու են բոլորին, և ով հրաժարվի, հեռացնելու են աշխատանքից։ Շատերը վերջնագիր են ներկայացրել, որ եթե իրենց անունները հայտնվեն այդ ցուցակներում, ապա դիմում կգրեն և կհեռանան աշխատանքից։ Նմանների թիվն այնքան մեծ է, որ գործող իշխանությունն առայժմ որոշել է ոտքը մեկ քայլ ետ դնել և դեռ ցուցակագրել միայն նրանց, ովքեր ինքնակամ են ցանկանում մասնակցել Աննա Հակոբյանի հետ հանդիպումներին, եթե բավարար թիվ չհավաքվի, նոր արդեն կանցնեն ավելի ռեպրեսիվ մեթոդների։
