Համայնքային ոստիկանության Արաբկիրի բաժնի ծառայողները ապօրինի թմրաշրջանառության վերաբերյալ ստացած հերթական տեղեկությունն իրացրին մայիսի 6-ին: Մայրաքաղաքի Կոմիտասի պողոտայում նրանք հայտնաբերեցին ու ձերբակալեցին 19-ամյա երկու երիտասարդի, մեկը Նոր Հաճնի, մյուսը` Երևանի բնակիչ:
Երկուսի խուզարկությամբ էլ հայտնաբերվեցին զիպ փականով փաթեթներ, որոնք իրենց հերթին լցված էին կպչուն ժապավենի փաթեթներով: Ձերբակալվածների մոտ եղած 21 փաթեթում մարիխուանայի նմանվող զանգված էր:
Հետագա միջոցառումներով պարզվեց, որ նրանք մարիխուանայով փաթեթները ձեռք են բերել Տելեգրամյան մի կայքէջի օգտատիրոջից` իրացնելու նպատակով: Պարզվեց նաև, որ նրանք նախքան ձերբակալվելը Արաբկիր վարչական շրջանում տեղադրել են երկու փաթեթ, որի դիմաց պետք է գումար ստանային։ Տեղադրված փաթեթները հայտնաբերվել են։
Տարածքային քննչական բաժնում նախաձեռնվել է քրեական վարույթ:
Երիտասարդները տեղափոխվել են ձերբակալվածների պահման վայր: Նախաքննությամբ հանգամանքները պարզվում են:
Քրեաիրավական իմաստով թմրամիջոցով փաթեթներ տեղադրելը ևս իրացում է, որի համար նախատեսվում է բացառապես ազատազրկման ձևով պատիժ։
