Փաշինյանի իշխանությունը սրում է հայ վրացական հարաբերությունները

Օրեր առաջ կոնյակ արտադրող և բեռնափոխադրող ընկերությունների ներկայացուցիչները բողոքի ակցիա էին իրականացրել Վրաստանի դեսպանատան դիմաց, բարձրացնելով այդ երկրի տարածքով կոնյակի արտահանման խնդիրները, նշելով, թե ինչու են Հայաստանից Ռուսաստան արտահանվող ալկոհոլային խմիչքները վրացական տարածքով անցնելիս ենթարկվում մանրամասն ստուգումների, եթե չեն սպառվելու վրացական շուկայում։ Ըստ ցուցարարների, կոնյակով բեռնված մեքենաները կանգնեցնում են Վրաստանի Գեզի մաքսային տերմինալում, որը սովորաբար նախատեսված է բարձր վտանգավորության բեռների ստուգման համար։
Մինչ այս պահը վրացական կողմը որևէ պաշտոնական պարզաբանում չի ներկայացրել այս խնդրի կապակցությամբ։ Ըստ տարածված տեղեկությունների, վրացի մաքսավորները պոկում են բեռնատարների կնիքները, նմուշ են վերցնում և ուղարկում անալիզի, թեպետ նման գործողությունն իսկապես ապօրինի է, քանի որ բեռնատարները պարզապես տարանցում են իրականացնում Հայաստանից դեպի Ռուսաստան՝ բոլոր մաքսային ընթացակարգերը պահպանելով։
Էկոնոմիկայի նախարար Գևորգ Պապոյանը երեկ լրագրողների հետ զրույցում հայտարարել է, թե խնդիրը դեռ լուծված չէ, իսկ պատճառները հայկական կողմի համար անհասկանալի են։ «Փորձում ենք բոլոր մակարդակներում խնդրին լուծում գտնել», ասել է Պապոյանը, նշելով, որ ինքն անձամբ մեկնելու է Վրաստան՝ տեղում հարցերը լուծելու և հասկանալու համար։ Այս գործողությունը պետք է արված լիներ ի սկզբանե։ Արտահանողների խնդիրները պետք է լուծվեին պետական մակարդակով, այլ ոչ թե հասնեին բուն Վրաստանի դեսպանատան առջև բողոքի ակցիաների։
Ակնհայտ է, որ հայ գործարարները բողոքի ակցիաներ իրականացրել են ոչ ինքնագլուխ, Վրաստանի իշխանությունների դեմ բողոքի ակցիա են արել, Երևանում էլ ճանապարհ փակել դեսպանատան դիմաց։ Զարմանալիորեն նույն այդ կոնյակագործներն ու բեռնափոխադրողները Հայաստանի իշխանություններից ոչինչ չեն պահանջում, նրանց դեմ բողոքի ակցիաներ չեն անում, կառավարության դիմաց ճանապարհ չեն փակում։
Ըստ ամենայնի, հենց Հայաստանի գործող իշխանությունների «նավոդկով» էլ բողոքի ակցիաները տեղափոխում են Վրաստանի դեսպանատան դիմաց։ Բնական է, որ պաշտոնական Թբիլիսին հասկանում է, թե որտեղից են փչում իրական քամիները, և իշխանությունների նման վարքը լուրջ հետևանքներ կարող է ունենալ հայ-վրացական հարաբերությունների համար։ Փաշինյանի իշխանությունը, իհարկե, կարող էր կապվել վրացական իշխանությունների հետ, հասկանալ խնդրի էությունը, փորձել լուծումներ գտնել առանց նման դրսևորումների։
