Փաշինյանի իշխանությունն է հրահրել Լավրովի դեմ ակցիաները

Երեկ Երևան է ժամանել Ռուսաստանի արտգործնախարար Սերգեյ Լավրովը, որն այսօր արդեն հանդիպումներ է ունեցել արտգործնախարար Արարատ Միրզոյանի հետ։ Ընդ որում, դատելով երեկ և այսօր տեղի ունեցած գործընթացներից, կարելի է եզրակացնել, որ Հայաստանի իշխանությունները դժկամությամբ են ընդունել Սերգեյ Լավրովի այցը։

Հիշեցնենք, այցին ընդառաջ երեկ Կիևյան կամրջից մեծ պաստառ էր կախվել Վլադիմիր Պուտինի նկարով և «Մարդասպան» գրությամբ, ակցիան նախաձեռնել էր «Հանուն հանրապետության» կուսակցությունը։ Ինքը՝ Արման Բաբաջանյանը պաստառ էր պարզել Հայաստանում Ռուսաստանի դեսպանության առջև, իսկ ավելի ուշ՝ կուսակցության ակտիվիստներն օդանավակայանի ճանապարհին էին պաստառ բարձրացրել։

Ընդ որում, եթե այլ դեպքերում Հայաստանի ոստիկանությունն արագ արձագանքում և հեռացնում է այս պաստառները, ապա այս պարագայում Արման Բաբաջանյանի հակառուսական ակցիային առանձնապես որևէ խոչընդոտ չի եղել, ընդհակառակը, միայն Լավրովի հեռանալուց հետո են հեռացրել պաստառները։

Նույն այդ ընթացքում արտգործնախարար Արարատ Միրզոյանը ելույթ է ունեցել Եվրամիության, Արևելյան Եվրոպայի և Կենտրոնական Ասիայի դեսպանների տարածաշրջանային հավաքի մեկնարկին, հայտարարել, թե կանգնած ենք վճռական պահի առաջ։ «Հայաստանը կատարել է անշրջելի ընտրություն դեպի ժողովրդավարություն, դեպի խաղաղություն, դեպի Եվրոպա»,- ասել է Միրզոյանը, նշել, թե Հայաստանը «համարձակ քայլեր է ձեռնարկել իր գործընկերային հարաբերությունները դիվերսիֆիկացնելու ուղղությամբ»։

Նա նշանակալի է համարել Հայաստանի իշխանությունների կողմից ակտիվ քայլերի ձեռնարկումը Եվրամիության անդամ պետությունների հետ ռազմավարական գործընկերության ընդլայնման ուղղությամբ։ «Հայաստանը մինչև 95 % նվազեցրել է պաշտպանական ներկրումների կախվածությունը մեկ աղբյուրից։ Զուգահեռ մեր կառավարությունը կարողացել է ավելի ինքնուրույն իրականացնել սահմանային վերահսկողություն, ինչպես նաև դիտարկել էներգետիկ անկախությունն ապահովող այլընտրանքային ուղիներ՝ ներառել ներառյալ ատոմային և վերականգնվող էներգիայի ոլորտներում»,- հայտարարել է Միրզոյանը։

Առնվազն վերջին երեք կետերն ուղղված է Ռուսաստանի դեմ, նախկինում Հայաստանի սպառազինությունն ամբողջությամբ գնվել է Ռուսաստանից, սահմանային վերահսկողությունն իրականացվել է ռուսական կողմի միջոցներով, նաև Ռուսաստանը ձգտում է Հայաստանում մասնակցել նոր ատոմակայանի կառուցման աշխատանքներին, և բոլոր այս առանցքային ուղղություններում Հայաստանի իշխանությունները հակառուսական քայլեր են ձեռնարկում՝ փորձելով սրել Երևանի և Մոսկվայի հարաբերությունները, և նման հայտարարությունը հենց Սերգեյ Լավրովի այցից առաջ վկայում են, որ Երևանն ամենևին էլ հակված չէ կառուցողական երկխոսության ռուսական իշխանությունների հետ։
