«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.

«Փաստ» թերթը մի շարք ահազանգեր է ստանում, որ վերջերս պոլիկլինիկաներում քաղաքացիներին տրամադրում են ոչ թե իրենց հասանելիք անվճար դեղերը, այլ երբեմն այլ դեղամիջոցներ: Մտահոգությունն այդքան մեծ չէր լինի, եթե դրանք լիարժեք փոխարինողներ լինեին:

Մասնավորաբար, մեզ դիմած քաղաքացիներից մի քանիսը օրինակ էին բերում շաքարային դիաբետով հիվանդներին տրամադրվող դեղերը: Խոսքն այն մասին է, որ վերջին անգամ նրանք ստացել են ոչ թե «Մետֆորմին» կամ «Դիաբետոն», այլ «Նովոնորմ»: Բոլորն էլ, իհարկե, նշանակվում են 2-րդ տիպի շաքարային դիաբետի դեպքում, սակայն եթե առաջին երկուսը երկարաժամկետ ազդեցության դեղամիջոցներ են, ապա վերջինը՝ կարճաժամկետ, «աջակցող», այսինքն, պարզ հայերենով ասած, եթե մարդը օրական պետք է ընդուներ, ենթադրենք, 1 հաբ «Դիաբետոն» կամ «Մետֆորմին», ապա հիմա ստիպված է յուրաքանչյուր սնունդ ընդունելուց առաջ ընդունել «Նովոնորմ», ընդ որում՝ դա էլ երաշխիք չի տալիս, որ ամբողջ օրվա ընթացքում հնարավոր կլինի ապահովել գլ յուկոզայի թույլատրելի քանակ: Արդյունքում շատ բուժառուներ դժգոհում են, որ իրենց «շաքարի մակարդակը» կտրուկ տատանումներ է ունենում:

Մեր զրուցակիցներից մեկը նշեց, որ ի պատասխան իր հարցի, թե ինչու է փոխվել դեղամիջոցը, պատասխանել են, որ երկիրը ինչ-որ այլ երկրից նվեր է ստացել «Նովոնորմի» որոշակի քանակ, և դա պետք է սպառել: Հետո նորից կվերադառնան նախկին դեղերին: Ավելին, պարզվել է, որ այդ խմբաքանակի պիտանելիության ժամկետը սպառվում է այս մայիսին, այսինքն՝ մոտ 5 տարվա վաղեմության դեղորայք է: Ապրիլին դեղորայք ստացած քաղաքացու դժգոհությանն էլ, թե գուցե առաջիկա մեկ ամսում տրամադրված դեղը չօգտագործվի, պատասխանել են, թե խնդիր չկա, ցանկացած դեղորայք պիտանելիության ժամկետից հետո կարելի է օգտագործել ևս վեց ամիս:

Ի դեպ, մեզ դիմած քաղաքացիները նաև դժգոհում էին, որ պոլիկլինիկաներում էնդոկրինոլոգները ոչ իրենց մեղքով փաստացի բուժմամբ չեն զբաղվում. այնպիսի վիճակ է ստեղծել առողջապահության նախարարությունը, որ նրանք հազիվ կարողանում են զբաղվել միայն դեղ տրամադրելով ու «թղթաբանությամբ»: Ընդունելության 15 րոպեի ընթացքում նրանք չեն կարողանում նույնիսկ լսել, հասկանալ բուժառուի հիվանդության ընթացքի մասին, որպեսզի կարողանան համապատասխան խորհուրդներ տալ կամ բուժում նշանակել:
