Հայաստանի իշխանությունների հերթական հակառուսական քայլը

Մոսկվայում մայիսի վերջին կայանալիք Անվտանգության հարցերով պատասխանատու բարձրաստիճան ներկայացուցիչների 13-րդ միջազգային հանդիպմանը Հայաստանը կրկին մասնակցելու է ցածր ձևաչափով։ Հայաստանի դեսպանությունից ռուսական լրատվամիջոցներին հայտնել են, որ հանդիպմանը Հայաստանը կներկայացնի դեսպան Գուրգեն Արսենյանը։
Մայիսի 27-ից 29-ը Ռուսաստանի Անվտանգության խորհրդի քարտուղար Սերգեյ Շոյգուի նախագահությամբ կայանալիք հանդիպմանն Արմեն Գրիգորյանը չի մասնակցի։ Սա, ի դեպ, առաջին դեպքը չէ վերջին տարիներին, երբ Արևմուտքի գործակալի համարում ունեցող Գրիգորյանն ընդհանրապես հրաժարվում է մասնակցել նման հանդիպումներին, ընդ որում, եթե որոշ այլ դեպքերում հայկական կողմը շատ ավելի բարձր մասնակցություն է ունենում, օրինակ, փոխվարչապետների կամ այլ պաշտոնյաների մակարդակով, ապա Գրիգորյանն ընդհանրապես կտրուկ հրաժարվել է մասնակցել Ռուսաստանի հետ կապված որևէ միջոցառման։
Մի կողմից սա հասկանալի է, քանի որ նա Ռուսաստանում չափազանց վատ համարում ունի, մյուս կողմից էլ փաստն այն է, որ Փաշինյանի իշխանությանը չի հաջողվում իր առանցքային պաշտոնյաներից մեկին պարտադրել, մասնակցել կարևորագույն հանդիպումներին, նույնիսկ այն պայմաններում, երբ Հայաստանը որոշակիորեն փոխել է հռետորաբանությունը Ռուսաստանի և ՀԱՊԿ-ի նկատմամբ։
Այս անգամ ևս մեր աղբյուրների փոխանցամբ, Արմեն Գրիգորյանն է հրաժարվել, ընդ որում, գործող իշխանությունը հակված է եղել նրան այդ միջոցառման ուղարկելու։ Թերևս, Գուրգեն Արսենյանին ուղարկում են հանդիպմանը մասնակիցներին այդ փաստը հայտնելու և նշելու, որ սա որևէ հակառուսական քայլ չէ, թեպետ, սա հենց այդպես էլ դիտարկվելու է։
