Ռուսաստանի պաշտպանության նախարարի զգուշացումը չարագուշակ է հնչում

Հայաստանն այդպես էլ չմասնակցեց Բիշքեկում ՀԱՊԿ պաշտպանության նախարարների խորհրդի նիստին, իսկ այնտեղ, ինչպես միշտ, քննարկել են նաև Հայաստանի հարցը և բավականին վտանգավոր հայտարարություններ են արել։ Ռուսաստանի պաշտպանության նախարար Անդրեյ Բելոուսովը հայտարարել է, թե Հարավային Կովկասում նկատում է արտատարածաշրջանային երկրների ակտիվացում, Սյունիքի մարզի շուրջ պահպանվում է լարվածությունը։

«Հարավային Կովկասում արտատարածաշրջանային երկրների նպատակը ոչ թե անվտանգության ամրապնդումն է, այլ իրենց ազդեցության ընդլայնումը»,- նշել է Բելոուսովը, մտահոգություն հայտնել հայ ադրբեջանական հարաբերությունների չկարգավորված լինելու կապակցությամբ։ Նա վստահեցրել է, որ Մոսկվան շահագրգռված է և պատրաստ ամեն կերպ աջակցել Երևանի և Բաքվի միջև խաղաղության պայմանագրի ստորագրմանը։

Ռուսաստանցի պաշտոնյայի այս արձանագրումը չափազանց վտանգավոր է։ Մոսկվան անկախ ամեն ինչից տարածաշրջանում ամրապնդվելու բուռն նպատակ և միտք ունի, իսկ նման արձանագրումը նույնիսկ, եթե այն իրականությանը չի համապատասխանում, արդեն իսկ նախազգուշացում է հայկական կողմին, որ կարող են առաջիկայում լրջագույն և «ծանր հետևանքներ» ունենալ։ Կգնահատի՞ արդյոք պաշտոնական Երևանը Ռուսաստանի այս զգուշացումը, կփորձի՞ վերականգնել հարաբերությունները Ռուսաստանի հետ՝ նաև հեռացնելու էսկալացիայի և սրման նոր վտանգը, հաջողություն կունենա, հակառակ պարագայում Ռուսաստանն ինքն էլ դեմ չի լինելու պատժել Նիկոլ Փաշինյանին և նրա իշխանությանը, բայց արդյունքում տուժելու է Հայաստանի Հանրապետությունը։
