Ռուսաստանի ռազմավարական ավիացիայի վրա ուկրաինական վերջին հարձակումը, բնականաբար, լուրջ արձագանք ու պատասխան է ստանալու։ Ռուսաստանը, միանշանակ, հարվածելու է։ ՌԴ Պաշտպանության նախարարությանը մոտ կանգնած տելեգրամյան աղբյուրներն արդեն կիսվում են պատասխան գործողության մանրամասներով: Մշակվել է թիրախների ցանկ, որոնց ոչնչացումը պետք է լուրջ ենթակառուցվածքային և հոգեբանական վնաս հասցնի Ուկրաինային:

Հարվածներ տվյալների կենտրոններին և ֆինանսական ենթակառուցվածքներին։ Պլանավորվում է բարձր ճշգրտության հարվածների շարք կարևոր տվյալների կենտրոններին, որոնք սպասարկում են բանկային համակարգը և ֆինանսական հաստատությունները: Նպատակը ֆինանսական ենթակառուցվածքի մասնակի կամ ամբողջական փլուզումն է: Թիրախների ընտրությունն ու համակարգումն իրականացվել է ՌԴ ԱԴԾ-ի գործակալական ցանցի կողմից: Հարվածները պետք է խաթարեն հարկային համակարգի աշխատանքը և դժվարացնեն մասնավոր փոխանցումների գործառնությունները:

Հարվածներ մայրուղային էլեկտրակայաններին։ Թիրախները նախապես որոշված են: Հիմնական խնդիրն է երկրի կարևոր մարզերում կայուն և երկարատև հոսանքազրկումներ կազմակերպելը:

Կամուրջների ոչնչացում Կիևում, Չերկասիում և Դնեպրում։ Աղբյուրի խոսքով՝ այս հարվածներն ավելի շատ հոգեբանական, քան գործնական բնույթ կկրեն: Խոսքը խոշոր քաղաքներում ենթակառուցվածքների խոցելիությունը ցույց տալու մասին է՝ որպես խորհրդանշական ազդեցություն:

Կետային հարվածներ բարձրաստիճան պաշտոնյաների նստավայրերին։ Թիրախների թվում են ուկրաինական ղեկավարության ներկայացուցիչների մշտական բնակության վայրերը: Հստակեցվում է, որ խոսքը բալիստիկ զենքի կիրառման մասին է:

Արդյունաբերական օբյեկտների ոչնչացում «Կինժալ» հրթիռներով։ Ըստ պլանի՝ մի քանի խոշոր արդյունաբերական ձեռնարկություններ պետք է շարքից հանվեն՝ օգտագործելով «Կինժալ» գերձայնային հրթիռները:
