Հայաստանի վարչապետի աթոռը զբաղեցնող Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը, պահանջելով Ամենայն Հայոց Կաթողիկոսի հրաժարականը, ինքն իրեն դրել է անելանելի վիճակի մեջ և այժմ կամ պետք է մինչև վերջ խաղա, կամ էլ հետքայլը լրջագույն պարտություն կլինի նրա համար։ Հաշվի առնելով, որ Փաշինյանն ամենևին էլ պարտվելու մտադրություն չունի, առնվազն Հայաստանում և հայաստանյան ուժերին, նա ընտրել է երկպառակություններ մտցնելու, ընդհուպ բանը քաղաքացիական պատերազմի հանգեցնելու գաղափարը։

Հիշեցնենք, Փաշինյանը հայտարարել էր, թե Գարեգին Բ-ն խախտել է կուսակրոնության ուխտը և զավակ ունի, ուստի չի կարող զբաղեցնել կաթողիկոսի գահը։ Կոչեր էր հնչեցրել կողմնակիցներին հասնել կաթողիկոսի պաշտոնանկությանը։ Դրանից հետո արդեն քպական ուսապարկերից Վահագն Ալեքսանյանն է երեկ բացահայտել իրենց սցենարի մի մասը։ «Պետք է ձևավորվի Հայ առաքելական եկեղեցու հավատավորների կողմից ինչ-որ հանձնաժողով կամ ինչ-որ խումբ, որը կազատի Հայ առաքելական եկեղեցու Վեհարանն ուխտադրժությունից և սրբապղծությունից, պետք է ընտրվի նոր հոգևոր առաջնորդ, որը կհամապատասխանի Հայաստանյայց առաքելական եկեղեցու արժեքներին։ Իրենք չեն անում, դա պետք է անի հավատավոր ժողովուրդը սիրով և առանց բռնության»,- ասել է պատգամավորը։ «Սիրով և առանց բռնության»-ը սովորաբար վերածվում է «ատելությամբ և թշնամանքով»-ի։

Իզուր չէ, որ երեկ Մայր Աթոռից արդեն կարծիքներ էին հնչում, որ Փաշինյանը պետական մակարդակով ահաբեկչություն է ծրագրում։ Այդուհանդերձ, փաստն այն է, որ Փաշինյանը բավականին քիչ կողմնակիցներ ունի՝ կաթողիկոսի դեմ բողոքի ակցիաներ, ընդհուպ Վեհարանի գրոհ ձեռնարկելու համար։ Նույնիսկ սեփական զոմբիների մեջ շատ են հավատացյալները, որոնք, անկախ ամեն ինչից, Ամենայն Հայոց Կաթողիկոսի դեմ չեն գնա։ Ուստի, ըստ ՔՊ մեր աղբյուրների, ծրագրվում է փոքր, բայց վստահելի խմբեր ձևավորել՝ Վեհարանի առջև բողոքի ակցիաներ անելու։

Ցանկացած պարագայում սա ևս խնդրահարույց է Փաշինյանի համար, քանի որ տարբեր քաղաքական և քաղաքացիական խմբեր, անհատ քաղաքացիներ պատրաստակամություն են հայտնել ընդհուպ ուժով պաշտպանել Վեհարանը։ Իսկ դրա վերջնակետը լինելու են բախումներն ու քաղաքացիական պատերազմը, որում Փաշինյանը, թեպետ որքան էլ հմուտ լինի, լուրջ պարտություն է կրելու՝ դրանից բխող ամենավատ հետևանքներով իր և իր թիմի համար։
