Բարերար, գործարար Սամվել Կարապետյանի դեմ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի կատաղի պայքարը հերթական անգամ բացահայտեց, որ Հայաստանի Հանրապետությունը վաղուց այլևս ժողովրդավարական պետություն չէ և մեծ քայլերով գնում է դեպի բռնապետություն։

Հիշեցնենք, Կարապետյանը Երևանում իր աջակցությունն էր հայտնել Հայ առաքելական եկեղեցուն, խոստացել իր ուժերի ներածին չափով պայքարել մեր սրբությունների համար։

Կարճ ժամանակ անց խորհրդարանում գտնվող Փաշինյանը նյարդային ցնցումներով հանձնարարություններ էր տվել պատգամավորներին՝ հարձակում սկսել թե՛ Հայ առաքելական եկեղեցու, թե՛ Սամվել Կարապետյանի դեմ։ Իրավապահներիին էլ հրահանգել էր ամեն գնով ձերբակալել Սամվել Կարապետյանին։ Արդեն երեկոյան մի քանի 100 քաղաքացիներ, հավաքվելով Սամվել Կարապետյանի տան մոտ, հետ էին մղել իրավապահների հարձակումը, թեպետ տասնյակ անձինք ձերբակալվել էին։

Այս իրավիճակում ուշագրավն Ազգային անվտանգության ծառայության պահվածքն էր։ ԱԱԾ-ն, կարծես սկզբում համաձայն էր ձերբակալել Կարապետյանին, բայց ավելի ուշ ԱԱԾ հատուկջոկատայինները հեռացել էին՝ տարածքը թողնելով միայն ոստիկանությանը։ Միայն գիշերը ժամը 3-ի սահմաններում, փոխոստիկանապետն անձամբ Սամվել Կարապետյանին ուղեկցել էր 6-րդ վարչություն, որտեղ նրա դեմ քրեական վարույթ է նախաձեռնվել։

Ակնհայտորեն իրավապահ համակարգում բավականին լուրջ դժգոհություններ կան Փաշինյանի դեմ, ընդհուպ, որ Ազգային անվտանգության ծառայությունը հրաժարվում է կատարել նրա ապօրինի հրամանները։ Ու վաղ առավոտյան արդեն Փաշինյանը պաշտոնից հեռացրեց ԱԱԾ տնօրեն Արմեն Աբազյանին, նրա փոխարեն ժամանակավոր պաշտոնակատար նշանակելով ԱԱԾ պետի տեղակալ Անդրանիկ Սիմոնյանին։ Վերջինս ժամանակին աշխատել է դատախազությունում, եղել դատավոր, ապա Փաշինյանի թեթև ձեռքով շատ արագ կարիերա արել և հասել ԱԱԾ պետի տեղակալի պաշտոնին, այսինքն՝ լիովին նվիրված է Փաշինյանին և կատարելու է նրա ապօրինի հրահանգները։

Իսկ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը ռուսաստանաբնակ գործարարի դեմ իր գործողություններով հերթական անգամ հայ հանրությանն ապացուցում է, որ թքած ունի օրենքի վրա, և իրավապահ համակարգը պետք է կատարի բացառապես իր քմահաճույքները։ Կարապետյանի ձերբակալությամբ էլ հայտարարում, որ այս երկրում ուժ ներկայացնում է միայն ինքը։

Արդյոք Հայ առաքելական եկեղեցին, ընդդիմադիր կառույցներն ու հասարակ ժողովուրդը կհամակերպվե՞ն ստեղծված խայտառակ իրավիճակի հետ, թույլ կտա՞ն հերթական անգամ օրենքի բռնաբարում, կախված է հենց իրենցից, իսկ մենք արձանագրենք, որ Փաշինյանը գնում է պետության կազմաքանդման ուղղությամբ, հանուն սեփական իշխանության պատրաստ է ոչնչացնել ամեն ինչ, այդ թվում՝ ազգային սրբությունները։
