Բարերար, գործարար Սամվել Կարապետյանի կալանավորումը Փաշինյանի իշխանությանը քիչ է թվացել, այժմ էլ փորձում են հնարավոր բոլոր միջոցներով ճնշել և ահաբեկել թե՛ Կարապետյանին, թե՛ նրա կողմնակիցներին։ Հիշեցնենք, ռուսաստանցի գործարարին տեղափոխել են «Արմավիր» քրեակատարողական հիմնարկ, որտեղ նա գտնվում է խիստ մեկուսացված պայմաններում։ Ըստ որոշ աղբյուրների, քննիչի որոշմամբ արգելվել են բոլոր տեսակցությունները, այդ թվում Կարապետյանի ընտանիքի անդամների հետ։ Միակ բացառությունը նրա փաստաբանն է, որը կարողանում է հանդիպել Կարապետյանի հետ։

«Բայց ոչինչ, շուտով դատարաններն անկախ են լինելու, պայքարելու ենք»,- ասված է նրա ուղերձում։ Փաստացի, որքան էլ Հայաստանի գործող իշխանությունները փորձեն, տեսակցություններն արգելելով, Կարապետյանին մեկուսացման մեջ պահելով, շարունակել իրենց ռեպրեսիվ գործողությունները, ակնհայտ է, որ գնացքն այլևս գնացել է, իսկ Փաշինյանի համար, «ծանր օրերը» առջևում են։
