Ռուսաստանաբնակ բարերար Սամվել Կարապետյանի Հայաստան գալն ու ակտիվությունը քաղաքական դաշտ մտնելը, այսպես ասած, ազդանշան դարձավ բազմաթիվ գործարարների համար, որոնք կամ չեն խոսում, կամ էլ գտնվում են գործող իշխանությունների ու Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի վերահսկողության տակ։ Եվ այժմ բավական լուրջ տեղաշարժեր են սպասվում Հայաստանում և հայկական բիզնեսում։

Բիզնես համայնքը հրաշալի գիտի, որ Սամվել Կարապետյանը «թաց տեղ պառկող» չէ և հենց այնպես չէր գա ու ոտքով-գլխով մտներ խաղի մեջ, քաղաքական հայտարարություններ աներ, որոնք կարող էին հանգեցնել կալանքի։ Կարապետյանը միշտ էլ բավական զգույշ է եղել, վերջին տարիներին իրեն չեզոք պահել, թեև բոլորին էլ հայտնի էր, թե ինչ սերտ հարաբերություններ ունի նախկինների հետ։

Այդուհանդերձ, բիզնես համայնքի համար Կարապետյանի ժամանումը և Փաշինյանի հիստերիկ արձագանքը ազդանշան էին, որ կապիտալը Հայաստանում գտնվում է բավական վտանգավոր վիճակում։ Մեր տեղեկություններով, ներկայումս կապիտալի լուրջ արտահոսք է սկսվել, այդ թվում՝ բանկային սեկտորից, և խոշոր փողատերերը, գնահատելով հնարավոր տուրբուլենտության վիճակները, անհասկանալի իրադրությունները, փորձում են ապահովագրել իրենց գումարները։ Առանց այն էլ բանկային համակարգում որոշակի զգուշավոր վիճակ կար Իրան-Իսրայել հակամարտության պատճառով, և այժմ այդ խնդիրները գնալով ավելի են խորանում։ Ներդրումային դաշտը գրեթե ներկայումս զրոյական վիճակում է, եղած նախագծերն էլ սառեցրել են՝ սպասելով իրավիճակի որոշակիացման։
