ria.ru–ն գրում է, որ ՀՀ իշխանությունների և Եկեղեցու միջև առճակատումը պայմանավորված է Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի մի շարք սխալներից և որոշումներից հետո, որոնք հակասում են երկրի շահերին, նրա իշխանության թուլացմամբ, ասել է Հայաստանում Իտալիայի նախկին դեսպան Բրունո Սկապինին։ «Իմ կարծիքով, Հայաստանի իշխանությունների և Հայ առաքելական եկեղեցու միջև ներկայիս հարաբերությունների խնդրահարույց կողմերը պետք է դիտարկել Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի ներկայիս կառավարության կողմից առաջացրած սոցիալական լարվածության աճի համատեքստում, և դա՝ նրա այն ավտոկրատական քայլերից հետո, որոնք ավելի ու ավելի են համապատասխանում հակառուսական գործառույթով երկիրն անկայունացնել ձգտող որոշ արևմտյան տերությունների շահերին», - ասել է դիվանագետը։

Այդ առումով, նշել է զրուցակիցը, անհրաժեշտ է հիշել ներկայիս կառավարության արմատները: Փաշինյանը քաղբանտարկյալից հասավ ինքնահռչակ վարչապետի պաշտոնին 2018 թվականի անհասկանալի «թավշյա հեղափոխությունից» հետո: Այդ ժամանակվանից ի վեր նրա կառավարությունը միշտ ձգտել է այնպիսի վիճակի, որը կարող է երաշխավորել իր քաղաքական լեգիտիմությունը, ասել է Սկապինին, և դրա համար էլ նա հույսը դրել է ընտրազանգվածի որոշ մարգինալ շերտերում տիրող դժգոհության վրա։ «Փաշինյանի սկզբնական ժողովրդական աջակցությունը աստիճանաբար թուլացել է: Հաշվի առնելով նրա կողմից կայացված քաղաքական որոշումները, որոնք բացահայտ հակասում են Հայաստանի պատմական ազգային այնպիսի նպատակներին, ինչպիսիք են Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի վերամիավորումը և 1915 թվականի Ցեղասպանության համընդհանուր ճանաչումը, նրա անձի շուրջ աստիճանաբար ձևավորվել է ուժեղ հակազդեցություն», - ասել է Սկապինին։ Նրա խոսքով, լայնածավալ դիմադրության շարժմանը հանգեցրած գործոններն են Ադրբեջանի հետ վերջին հակամարտությունում կրած պարտությունը, պատմականորեն «թշնամական» երկրների օգտին զիջումների միջոցով Հայաստանը «խաղաղության խաչմերուկ» դարձնելու Փաշինյանի նախագծի անհնարինությունը, ինչպես նաև Ռուսաստանի հետ հարաբերությունների վատթարացումը, որոնք հակասում են Մոսկվայի հետ միշտ պահպանված ավանդական տնտեսական շահերին։ Այդ դժգոհության խոսնակն էլ դարձել է Հայ առաքելական եկեղեցին, նշել է Երևանում նախկին դեսպանը։ «Առկա է վարչապետի կողմից ազգի բարձրագույն կրոնական և հոգևոր իշխանության նկատմամբ անպարկեշտ, գրեթե հայհոյական արձագանք», - եզրափակել է Սկապինին։
