ԵՄ-ն հինգ տարի անց դեռ փող է խոստանում, բայց չի տալիս

Կարելի է տարբեր կերպ վերաբերվել Ռուսաստանի ԱԳՆ պաշտոնական ներկայացուցիչ Մարիա Զախարովային, բայց նրա վերջին հայտարարությունը որևէ կերպ հնարավոր չէ անարդարացի որակել։ Նախօրեին Զախարովան ճեպազրույցի ժամանակ մեկնաբանել է Եվրոպական խորհրդի նախագահ Անտոնիո Կոշտայի և Եվրոպական հանձնաժողովի նախագահ Ուրսուլա Ֆոն դեր Լայենի հայտարարությունը՝ Հայաստանում առնվազն 2․5 միլիարդ եվրո ներդնելու մտադրության մասին։ Ըստ Զախարովայի՝ ակնհայտորեն խոսքն այն գումարի մասին է, որը Բրյուսելը բազմիցս խոստացել է տրամադրել։
«Նրանք արդեն բազմիցս խոստացել են այդ գումարը Երևանին, հայ ժողովրդին, և որքանով է այդ խոստումը կատարվում, կարծում եմ, մենք պետք է հարցնենք Երևանին, թե արդյոք նրանք ստացե՞լ են այդ գումարը, թե՞ ոչ»,- ասել է Զախարովան։
Հիշեցնենք, դեռևս 2020 թվականի 44-օրյա պատերազմից հետո Եվրամիությունը հայտարարեց Հայաստանում 2․6 միլիարդ եվրո ներդնելու վերաբերյալ, բայց գրեթե 5 տարի անց այդ գումարից որևէ լումա այդպես էլ չի փոխանցվել Հայաստանի իշխանություններին, 2.6 միլիարդ եվրոն բավականին լուրջ գումար է տնտեսական խոշոր նախաձեռնություններ իրականացնելու համար, և 5 տարի անց կրկին նույն խոստումներ տալը որևէ կերպ լրջություն չի հաղորդում։
Կոշտայի, ֆոն դեր Լայենի և Փաշինյանի ողջ ճեպազրույցից ամենաառանցքային հատվածը 1․5 միլիոն եվրո Հայաստանի լրատվական դաշտին փոխանցելու հանձնառությունն էր։ Մեր աղբյուրների փոխանցմամբ՝ այդ գումարները ծախսվելու են առավելապես արևմտամետ ուղղվածություն ունեցող կամ էլ մերձիշխանական լրատվամիջոցների ֆինանսավորման, նոր լրատվամիջոցների ստեղծման և ընդդիմության լրատվական ռեսուրսին հակազդելու նպատակով։ Խորհրդարանական ընտրություններից առաջ Արևմուտքն ամեն ինչ անելու է Նիկոլ Փաշինյանին իր պաշտոնին պահելու համար, և այդ գումարներն էլ հենց դրա նպատակով են հատկացվում։
