«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.

iarex.ru–ն «Փաշինյանի բրյուսել յան թափառումները» վերնագրով հոդվածում գրում է, որ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանն այցելել է Բրյուսել, որտեղ եռակողմ հանդիպում է ունեցել Եվրոպական խորհրդի նախագահ Անտոնիո Կոստայի և Եվրոպական հանձնաժողովի նախագահ Ուրսուլա ֆոն դեր Լեյենի հետ։ Բացի այդ, նա բանակցություններ է վարել ԵՄ ընդլայնման հարցերով հանձնակատար Մարտա Կոսի և Բելգիայի վարչապետ Բարտ դե Վևերի հետ, ինչպես նաև հանդիպել է Ֆրանսիայի նախագահ Էմանուել Մակրոնի հետ։ Այդ կապակցությամբ պաշտոնապես հայտարարվել է, որ Փաշինյանը Բրյուսելում քննարկել է իր երկրի տնտեսական զարգացման ուղիները՝ Արևմուտքի հետ ռազմական և տնտեսական համագործակցության ընդլայնման համատեքստում։ Սակայն Փաշինյանի այցը ոչնչով պայմանավորված չէր և շատերի համար անակնկալ էր։ Հայաստանի կառավարությանը մոտ կանգնած որոշ աղբյուրներ կարծում են, որ Փաշինյանը «կանչվել» էր Բրյուսել՝ բացատրելու Աբու Դաբիում Ադրբեջանի նախագահ Իլհամ Ալիևի հետ ձեռք բերված պայմանավորվածությունները, մասնավորապես՝ «Զանգեզուրի միջանցքի» հարցը։ Պատահական չէ, որ դրանից անմիջապես հետո Թուրքիայում ԱՄՆ դեսպան Թոմ Բարաքը առաջարկեց «Զանգեզուրի միջանցքը վարձակալության տրամադրել հարյուր տարով»։ Այդ առումով, շատ թուրք փորձագետներ ենթադրում են, որ «ակնհայտորեն, Երևանը հակում է ցուցաբերում Վաշինգտոնի կողմից ներկայացված տարբերակին»: Քանի որ ԱՄՆ-ն էական հաջողություններ չունի ո՛չ ռուս-ուկրաինական, ո՛չ էլ պաղեստինա-իսրայելական հակամարտություններում, Անդրկովկասը կարող է դառնալ «բեկումնային կետ» արդյունքի հասնելու համար։ Դրա իմաստը կարող է լինել ԱՄՆ-ի և ԵՄ-ի ընդհանուր ցանկությունը՝ նեղացնել Ռուսաստանի ազդեցության տարածքը։ Բացի այդ, դա կթուլացնի Իրանի ազդեցությունը ադրբեջանական ուղղությամբ։ Ի դեպ, դա, ակնհայտորեն, նաև Թուրքիայի հաշվարկների մի մասն է, որն աջակցում է ԱՄՆ-ի մասնակցությանը հայ-ադրբեջանական կարգավորմանը և մտադիր է օգտագործել ԱՄՆ-ի և Իսրայելի՝ Իրանի հետ առճակատումն՝ իր շահերից ելնելով։

Հիշեցնենք, որ ՀՀ նախագահ Վահագն Խաչատուրյանը դեռ ապրիլին է հաստատել հանրապետության՝ ԵՄ-ին միանալու մտադրության մասին օրենքը, որն ավելի վաղ ընդունվել էր խորհրդարանի կողմից։ ԵՄ-ն և Հայաստանը շարունակում են ամրապնդել դաշինքը, և նշվել է, որ ԵՄ ներդրումների ընդհանուր ծավալը Հայաստանում կարող է հասնել 2,5 միլիարդ եվրոյի։ Հիմա ՀայաստանԵՄ-ԱՄՆ հանդիպման ձևաչափն է օրակարգում։ Չնայած դա առայժմ քիչ հավանական է, բայց հնարավոր է։ ԱՄՆ-ԵՄ-Հայաստան ձևաչափով համատեղ միջոցառումները կարող են ցույց տալ Երևանի ցանկությունը՝ ինտեգրվել արևմտյան դաշինքներին։ Հետևաբար, Փաշինյանի Բրյուսել այցը միայն նշան է, բայց ոչ «բացառիկ նշանակության իրադարձություն»։ Տարածաշրջանում հիմնական իրադարձությունները դեռ առջևում են։
