«Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի պես մի ամբարտավան հեղափոխականի թվում է, թե իր քմահաճույքները վեր են օրենքից: 

Եթե նման ավտորիտար մտածողությունը երկրի ներսում «մարսվում» է, ապա կանխատեսելիորեն արժանանալու է միջազգային ինստիտուտների դիմադրությանը:

2025թ․ հուլիսի 22-ին Ստոկհոլմի առևտրային պալատի արբիտրաժային ինստիտուտը պարտավորեցրեց ՀՀ-ին դադարեցնել ՀԷՑ-ի նկատմամբ նոր օրենքների կիրառումը և բռնագրավման քայլերը։ Որոշումը պարտադիր կատարման ենթակա է։

ՀՀ կառավարության արձագանքը հղում է անում «պետական անվտանգությանը» և ազգային օրենսդրությանը, բայց միջազգային իրավունքի տեսանկյունից սա բավարար չէ։

Որոշման չկատարումը կարող է բերել․

 Հարյուրավոր միլիոն դոլարի վնասի փոխհատուցման,

 ՀՀ պետական ակտիվների սառեցման արտերկրում,

 Ներդրումային միջավայրի լուրջ վնասման։

Ստոկհոլմի արբիտրաժի որոշումը ցույց է տալիս, որ միջազգային պայմանագրերի խախտման կամ դրանց նկատմամբ անփույթ վերաբերմունքի գինը կարող է չափազանց բարձր լինել։

ՀՀ-ի լավագույն տարբերակը բանակցային լուծում գտնելն է, քանի որ անտեսումը ոչ միայն կբերի ֆինանսական վնասների, այլև երկարաժամկետ կհարվածի երկրի ներդրումային միջավայրին ու արտաքին քաղաքական դիրքերին»,-գրել է Սուրենյանցը:
